You can't even look at that loss vs Or St. I'd put money on it that half the team was hungover from the night before. That game was a joke just like Stanford last yr. Prob the same story!

SC should be looked at like an udefeated team. You can make the same argument for Florida, but that was way more of a talent battle that SC's loss. SC's loss was due to them appearing to not give a crap. In a big game, they would beat any team in the nation by 10+

Saban is a helluva coach and has done an amazing thing is turning around the Bama program as quickly as he has...but they aren't the most balanced team in the nation.

Florida is by far the most balanced team in the nation.  In fact, I would even argue that Penn State, USC, and Texas are more balanced than Alabama.

But Bama is still an amazing squad, specifically their defense.  Their offense doesn't do anything for me and they've struggled just like USC has this year (20-6 vs. Tulane, 17-14 vs. Kentucky, 27-21 vs. LSU in OT) but nonetheless, they are a top 5 team right now but unfortunately, they won't be the most balanced in this SEC championship game.

Dude you have to be kidding me, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma would wipe their asses with Penn St, so would the other two Bama, and USC, so would about 6 other teams in the country. Penn St nice to see them winning again is playing in a division that has no business getting 2 BCS bids. They have not proven their worth in NCAA for a long time and will not again thia year come bowl time.

USC is GOOD in their division, please let them leave that division and play some of the top 5 every week then talk about how good they are.
