DeBoer doesn't have the soft skills to succeed at Bama. No personality. And he hates recruiting. This is the NIL world now, Bama no longer recruits itself. 10-2 will get you run out of town. Good luck!

Don't know if he can recruit to be honest. My guess is Bama kinda recruits itself. Plus he has a whole staff that can handle that end. But take just as few minutes and read the mans bio. The guy is from my home state and I can tell you first had the man can coach. One of the top offensive minds in this country. Perhaps ever. But more importantly he is a tireless worker. I have no doubt in my mind he is going to do exceptionally well in Bama. In my opinion yes recruiting is important but the dude can coach and no one will out work him. Love the hire. He deserves it 100%.

Well looks like Debeor is assembling a great coaching staff...He got the Buffalo and South Alabama head coaches leave their head coaching positions...

Well if he can recruit top coaches to work on this staff my guess he can also recruit kids too. Trust me I wouldn't bet against this man. I didn't for the National Championship game and obviously lost but I put that more on the players on the field then him. He was tweaking and tweaking and nothing worked.
