Solid picks.. Im with you on all 3.. I think Oregon dominates and ND has a chance to win the game late.. Oklahoma better figure a few things out if they dont want to get embarrassed in yet another bowl game... Good Luck!!!

I like A&M as my best play because D Moore is going to be in that backfield all game long and A&M defense will be able to shut down that running game which means a long game for OU. OU can trade scores with anyone the problem will be how many times can they do that and A&M scores faster. I think OU's defense will get worn down which will open the floodgates.

Nevada. I really like Georgia over NU. Minus 10 seems to be a gift. Maybe a little fishy, but still too much credit given to the Huskers. Easily could have been a 7-5 team. Don't see skers stopping dogs and Georgia D by far the strongest NU will have played all year. Blow out losses in big games. OSU and Wisky and UCLA final score closer than reality.
What is your take on that game?

When it comes to bowl games I find it much harder to handicap these games than regular season games because each team has weeks to prepare so both teams no matter how good or how bad they played will often play at their best. I absolutely hate betting the Big Ten. All of the teams are basically the same and each team can beat each team on any given day. I expect Nebraska to play better and Georgia is definitely the best defense they have played all year. I just look at the Ohio State and Wisky game and wonder WTF happened there. I mean 63 and 70 points. What kind of team gives up that type of points. If Georgia has any kind of small weakness on defense its their rush defense but other than Bama which has the best oline and best rushing defense in the country, Georgia has really stopped the run since the Florida game and has a top 3 secondary plus J Jones who is just as good as Mantei. Georgia offense is extremely underrated and will feast on Nebraskas defense. Nebraska has got to be rattled after not only losing but getting embarrased while Georgia can't be happy either but overall Georgia is just better in every facet of the game. SEC vs BIG Ten. Pretty easy decision. Buy the hook to 9.5.

As far as the OU game, OU has talent with Hurst and Jefferson back there. I think OU's secondary is a top ten secondary but its the front 7 is the problem. A&M has too many weapons for OU's defense to consistently stop them. A&M secondary needs to stay away from pass int. penalties which cost them the LSU game because I imagine OU will look to stretch the field and test those corners. Stoops has to know going into this game that they can't dink and dunk down the field like the OSU game where OU had 44 FDs. D Moore and company won't give Jones the time that he has had all year long. FL would have actually been a better matchup because they are more one dimensional.

I meant to say rushing offense not defense.

My biggest worry with ND is their offense. It was weak against regular opponents. Now you're asking it to score on the Alabama defense that Nick Saban has had 2 weeks to prepare them for? Tough

This is a bowl game meaning BOTH TEAMS not just Saban game plan for this game. Saban can only work with the talent that he has. Look at last years defense and this one. ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE. This defense can be run on and their seconday is good but not great. Brian Kelly is a very very good coach and he has just the same amount of time and a BETTER DEFENSE. Bama plays a very traditional offense which is much easier to game plan for and ND rush defense is the best they have seen all year. Georgia's big mistake was they were running on Bama and just did not stick with it. You could tell that Georgia saw things in Bama's secondary that they could attack and its why they threw the ball as much as they did with so much success. I still thought that was a mistake because Gurley was having a great game and by running the ball you shorten the game and keep your defense fresh. ND won't make that mistake. They will run the ball no matter what and play solid defense. McCarron is a good qb but looks average without that running attack. ND offense is better than most people give it credit. Their offense is on par with Bama. Bama has a great running game but an average passing game THAT HEAVILY RELIES on the running game. If that is not working then their passing game goes from average to below average which is exactly what ND will look to do. Make McCarron beat them and he has shown that he folds in those situations without that big running game. People are betting this game based off of PREVIOUS Bama teams not this years team. ND has the the number one scoring defense not Bama and Bama has given up 400 yards and over 2.5 times their scoring average in those 3 games. ND allowed 13 pts to OU, Stanford and USC. Two of those road games. Should be a very good game.

Strong Lean on SJS. The more and more I look at this game the more I like SJS. Fales has had a monster year and this team has quietly had a great season and are a covering monster.

Lol... all these guys are posting actual genuine opinions, that are not even bashing you.. relax...
Only reason Im posting is because with 10 points, I agree, ND should keep it close ish. I just dont see where ND puts up points...
And NO, you DO NOT run the ball against Alabama. Ony 2 guys to figure this out have been Aaron Murray and Manziel. There is suspect secondary for Alabama, and thats the only way to win...I dont see Everett Golson exposing this, but at the same time I dont see Alabama's rushing attack running for 350 yards again. 24-17 Bama, these teams are gonna try winning it the trenches and ND will come up short doing this. It comes down to ND and how many points they can hold Alabama too...and I think if they keep their possession time high enough, Alabama gets a max of 24. I am skeptical on how much ND puts up, but like I said 24-17 seems like a good call.

A&M- Wouldnt touch it...OU is used to ping pong football and doesnt need much defense to win!! These teams are VERY familiar with each other!! wouldnt bet it either way.
Oregon- Not a terrible bet!!
ND +8 is alot, but ND really is Offense deficient...If Bama gets up early, i expect this one to get UGLY!!
I locked in on:
NCAAFB Futures - 2013 BCS National Championship - Alabama +700
The day after they lost to A&M locked it in..so im good on that game!!

How do you guys feel about Fla - 13 over an overrated Louisville team? I don't like laying that many points in a bowl game but I don't see how Louisville can even stay close with Fla.

And please say they have a better QB now!! I wouldnt touch OU vs A&M!! Hint: OU Won....
One thing you absolutely cannot do is compare one year to another year. Look at Auburn and that is worst case. I think Oklahoma has a very very good team. People that say Chokelohoma are just plain idiots. No team in the last decade has played in more games, won more big games and done more than anyone in the entire country. I don't see Bama fans talking about how great they have been the last 10 years. Give me a break. Also when you compare last years game to this years game Texas A&M in a lot of ways is completely different becasue of their coach and qb and overall just a better team. Last year Tannehill lit them up but 4 turnovers cost them the game and the game was AT OU where OU always wins. This game will be 50/50. Texas A&M is a more run oriented team and wont thrown the ball 63 times in this game. OU like a lot of teams have trouble with QBs who can manufacture plays in the running game when things break down and Manziel is number one in the country in that facet of the game. He is also number 1 in 3rd down conversations thowing the ball and number 1 on 3rd down conversations passing the ball. THOSE ARE HUGE STATS. His ability to convert on 3rd down is why they beat Alabama and his ability to create in the running game. Tannehill and Manziel are extremely different qb and lets not forgot OU gave up almost 600 yards to Texas A&M last year and Texas A&M is better. OU because they have been so good for so long get just a little more respect than they deserve its why the line is where its at right now. A&M also is more of a big play offense while OU trys do dink and dunk down the field which will be hard against D Moore who I think is the best defensive player next to J Jones in the country. This is the best team OU will play this year and even though I think they will play a very good game I just don't see them playing good enough to stick with this team.

I have been on the Fl bandwagon a long time. I loved them over FSU as my GOW as I thought they were a much better team and it showed. Based on quality wins they are the best team in the country. The Georgia/FL game was an absolute batte but not many teams can overcome 6 turnovers and the last one cost them tying that game. FL defense is a top 3 defense. Bridgewater would have to be close to 100% and play perfectly to keep this close. I hate laying a bunch of points in bowl games but in BCS bowls historically double digit favorites cover the spread with only one team as a double digit dog covering. I certainly would not bet against FL. OU would have had big problems against FL. LSU really missed the boat on Brigewater as you imagine how good LSU would be instead of Mettenburger. I dont think Louiville is overrated they got in the BCS game because of a tie in. I also don't see FL taking this game lightly because of FL coach. Game reminds me of the OU/Uconn game. Game may stay close but over the long haul Fl will blow them out.
