Hard to know what to make of BC yet - they beat two FCS teams - beat Maine then Howard got pounded like a stripper on an aircraft carrier ....So we know BC can run - we know they have a good DL....We know they won their first two creampuff tilts 100-3 combined....But who is the QB? they used 3 last wk did not research who would start yet since we are not gonna touch this one - probably gonna be wade....How are they going to MATRICULATE in the passing game? Fla St RB Cook went off last wk for over 260 and 3 TD vs So Flo last wk - took a while for Fla St to get going but prob look ahead spot? Not sure why 19 yr senior QB has looked so average? Fla St Cook vs the BC DL - difference may be that Fla St should be able to have a more balanced attack but we just do not know much about BC would have actually got interested if it opened 10 and went up looks like the opposite happening love playing dogs just do not want to get only 7 - can see both sides of this one.

It's the play calling on FSU's passing play, even in Winston's second year the pass plays were very vanilla in terms of route combo's. I don't understand it, they have the WR's with speed to really extend, and confuse a DEF but 'Dem 'Noles ain't mixing it up.  Why?

Ball St D been shredded. Yes by AM - also by VMI.....Ball put up 567 vs VMI better QB play than we thought. EM D is pathetic. I mean over 400Y RUSHING to Wyoming. Cannot stop the pass either. Oh their QB is out. Oh wait - Roback threw for 330 and 3 TD last wk. Frosh RB had over 100. Ball St rec core deep and experienced. See both teams getting 30 or maybe Ball gets in the 40s. Who knows it is MACtion but odds in our favor we feel so will take the plunge.

Hen7  well I did not see any of the ohio st game - but I watched almost every snap of the Hawaii/Colorado game - thank goodness for the ability to record the game - and I thought they played pretty well against a pretty evenly matched opponent - the key to me was 1) a legit QB who may or may not turn out this yr (senior unfortunately) but at least the D has to respect the pass now and 2) Colorado OL pass protecting was pretty bad so either Hawaii pass rush way better than I thought or Colorado OL really stinks. In any event - I can see a bowl game the problem is games at ohio st Wisconsin and boise are automatic losses....however the back end of their schedule sets up great I see all winnable games from Oct 10 out to be honest - so if I had to make a wager on it and win or leave covers forever - I would say they make a bowl game this yr. GL ! mega

needsome  thx man that is what we try to do - Give the people some solid info but try and have some fun. I really like GT but I really need to look at it some more - the problem is that it may move to -3 before I get around to it - right now it is a solid lean but I cannot say for sure right now I am playing the game ya know? Arizona St 28 New Mexico

Need to do some additional digging on this one....Arizona St allowed 9 sacks in wk one and got fed by Tex AM - no disgrace but we expected a better game...Last wk they were 21-21 with CAL POLY after 3Q and won it in the 4Q...Their offense has been hit and miss - decent stats for QB and a star at RB but having a hard time MATRICULATING DEEP PASSES and they have had a bunch of fumbles...short yardage also a problem - It will help that they are playing a team that primarily runs in New Mexico this wk - Cal Poly passed less than 10 times last wk - you can't get enough good info from our HARD WORKING STAFF - but this is a ton of points to give IMO especially with USC on deck...We had NM rated actual pretty high but last wk they got smoked for 600Y by our pals TULSA - we were a week too early ARRRRGH and from doing some reading it appears it is the interior of the OL - not getting the movement inside 2 OL/C are out or questionable and without Tulsa respecting the run inside the outside game was not as effective and they could not convert 3rd downs and the D got roasted on the field too much it is bad enough but that was a killer.....New Mex 8-3 as road dog L11 ATS....hmmmmm

Summary. Lean New Mexico. Not an official play and probably will not make them one given the OL issues and quality of their D but Az St has not looked sharp yet.

Woodshed  Welcome to Covers Nation - where posters work together to make the IMPOSSIBLE - POSSIBLE ....I have not looked at the Utah St game yet - but you are right - C Keeton became the first NCAA QB to play in 3 different decades this year so he has to be familiar with the playbook by now. I think his first start was during the first season of "24".   Right now I am leaning to the under b/c we feel Wash D pretty good and Utah St gonna be a tough task for the FR QB on the Huskies to MATRICULATE thru that D. GL
