bustin - what's up BP, you'll be in mid season form soon enough as usual. Overall, only a few knuckleheads over the years, mostly veteran handicappers and/or decent people...whatever happened to the few saying you can't possibly win playing that many games gonna fade you all year, i'm pretty sure that's working out well for them...imagine the fun the few can have after we go 5-10 the first week. Liking your week one card and starting to warm up to Utah, Pitt offense not looking so good in camp to this point, BOL
RR, itz - appreciate it, GL bro

gocougs - didn't seem like his production was up to the hype, kind of like the Snead of DBs, plenty of other better ones, which is probably why he dropped to 49th, then we get to listen to the entitled guy get upset with Carroll because the Seahawks passed him over. As far as BSU-VT, BSU got around 7K tickets (and had 500 left at one point), VT 40K, and the other 35K likely people from that area (largest VT alumni)
USC camp and injury updates (and another article on Sat scrimmage)
plus earlier 8 team parlay - OU, UGA, USC, TT, Neb, Texas, VT and MD (0.05u to win 6
typical week about 2/3 favorable line movements...that's the idea with locking them in early.....and similar to previous years (and a few others around here) the amounts wagered were large enough to be part of the group influencing the movement

adding small degenerate 7 pt teaser (-120)...need a little 7pm action to get the season started
So Miss +21/under 54 (0.5u)
as with previous years, small degenerate and props always count towards units, however only towards W/L for each full unit won or lost (for example if go 3-0 or 0-3 and win/lose unit then equals one W or L)
So Carolina 28 So Miss 17 - somewhat of a correlated teaser, expecting USM to play enough defense to keep gamecocks under 30 while SC defense solid enough to contain eagles, Spurrier not so excited about QBs in recent scrimmages, on the other hand if SC puts up 35 it will fly over the total so the hell with it
should do it until possibly team total or prop or FCS available later, appreciate the inputs over past month, best time of year around here is July-Aug before the weeknight GOY guarantees from mom's basement start showing up, BOL

kansas - i'm watching out for them, JJ makes me nervous....not really sold they can hang in this spot, it's possible especially if new o.c. Brown screws around too much with offense
philly - appreciate it, tough question, a few that I recall - wahoos, bustinpiles, bookieassassin, syracuseLJ, boom boom, kaplan, tree88, ludawg (ECU), maineroad, double, mugg, megalocks, jimmydafreak, and 10-15 others (no offense to those...tired of typing), BOL this season bro

Week 2 FSU +12.5 (buy to +13 - Sportsbook.com, plus 5dimes has FSU +11) - Mark Stoops (and Greg Hudson) are implementing a zone scheme this year which will definitely help the defense....FSU has four 5-stars, six 4-stars, and one 3-star per Rivals.com so I think with the new scheme this defense can be exponentially better this year, even if they are top 50 instead of 109 ranked FSU will be much better, and their offense will be very good again)
Miami +8.5 (buy .5 to +9) @ Ohio State - this game will be close and I will be in attending!

NM as a true freshman QB starting first college game at Autzen stadium. Granted, Massoli is out, but he was not the starter at the beginning of the season last year.
NW has a good LB in Messina and a good defensive lineman, but that's about it.
I don't see a lot of love for Oregon on covers.com and I am wondering why not...
thanks in advance to the forum for your thoughts...

justballin - still like OU, UGA, Tex, USC and Neb at those numbers (up to another 2-3 pts probably), possibly lean towards Florida and neutral on Clemson, initial thought was tigers however not really trusting Swinney and what seems to be his tendency to rest on large leads (one win by more than 24 in 2 yrs...excluding citadel, SCS and coastal carolina)...then again UNT could fail to score 10 against good tiger defense. Still some work left on week 2, might lean MiaFL at that number, not sure on FSU-OU and need to get better idea how much defense has improved although agree new d.c. should help and if a couple frosh can step up
longhorn - like some of the pieces on NM front 7 and add couple Illinois DL transfers, looks like QB battle undecided however Holbrook has been pretty steady in spring and fall and should be the starter (not that he has much more experience), NM only one loss more than 35 in couple tough years (TCU 41), on the other hand NM up tempo offense could give the ducks extra chance or two, possible that Oregon could be resting some players earlier than usual with Tennessee on deck....34 could be about right imo

spunky - would probably still keep them the same for now, getting tight though, would probably have to reduce at USC 21, 32 OU, Tex 30, Neb 38, GL
gocougs - i'm seeing -15 at both greek and BM, assuming mostly a reaction to some guys marked questionable in last day....Justin, Daniels, and Simone, saw 2nd scrimmage (good seats still available) highlights the other day team seem fired up if it can be sustained for 4 quarters in 92 degrees in stillwater we'll find out next week
