TD in no way am i doubting your line but i was just curious where you got 15.5 and i guess im asking whats the best book for these early lines??and when do they usually post lines thanks and glad to see you posting this year!!!

That -15.5 line was on FanDuel and bet at 2:05pm ET.

FD and sometimes DK don’t lag the Circa openers by much.  Then BetOnline as well.  Once Circa lines are posted online, usually half hour or less before others start to post, but that’s how to know when they’re coming soon.
