all are 9:00am pacific time starts. all three look like "low lays" UCLA -3 @ Memphis. unless Josh "Chosen" Rosen and the Bruins completely screw off in Memphis they should win by double figures
Oklahoma St -13 1/2 @ Pittsburgh see UCLA. OK State a Big 12 contender. Panthers got snot knocked @ Penn State 14-33 and were lucky to beat Youngstown State in OT their opener @ Pittsburgh Iowa State -9 1/2 @ Akron. Iowa State went to OT @ Iowa losing by 3 points and covering +3 1/2. Akron also got snot knocked @ Penn State 0-52 and have been a losing MAC program for years

Completely agree that is how these teams should perform when playing to their ability. The only problem is that these are all early kickoffs (one being a cross country travel for the Bruins), and the other issue is that all three favorites are on the road.
We're most confident in Oklahoma St to get it done with that offense rolling.
As for the later games, we're looking at:
Stanford -9.5
Clemson -3
Oregon -14
Purdue +7
Wisconsin -14
Virginia Tech -21
Kentucky +7

Mr.Rat... do not fall in love with UCLA... they are no different than last season. They still can't run the ball and seem to have no desire to try. Rosen will get chewed up by the better defenses in conference and this Memphis team can match him score for score

mr bws77 ....I Like for the memphis game to go over 70. what u think
Noon kick in the east time zone... UCLA may start slow, but they can't run so Rosen will be throwing plenty. Won't be surprised if this turns into a basketball score. Memphis with an extra week of prep because of cancelled game due to Irma.

well I am getting somewhat concerned about UCLA because right on the Covers main page they are THE "consensus" pick @ 83% and THAT usually ends in tears

We still have not yet seen Memphis play since UL Monroe went into
Memphis and out played the Tigers in week 1......Had it not been for 3 lost
fumbles from the Warhawks Memphis is 0-1.
Also, something was just not right with their QB Riley Ferguson he was 10-25 for 97 YDS and a pick.

thanks for the support, MikeMed BUT the fact that the whole Covers world picking UCLA worries me. could end up like the early NFL favs Week One
btw, thanks for putting us on to Get Shorty on EPIX in the Movie & TV Forum. I am liking that even BETTER than Ray Donovan which has just been a MESS this this season so far

I didn't see any of that game, but just box scoring it... Memphis was up 30-7 at one point. But you're right, 4 turnovers for Monroe and yet they still outgained Memphis. They will have had 2 weeks to prepare for UCLA though.
I dislike both coaches, but especially Mike Norvell for Memphis. He was a huge cheese ball on the ASU staff and a massive downgrade from Justin Fuente.

Your wtf games do look fishy ( except Oklahoma ST)
I am on Memphis ML , dont think the Bruins are good , and might have a horrible time with the 12 noon start time ...Bruins run game is MIA, Rosen stays in the pocket too long , Defense is swiss cheese... Those Joe Public numbers have me wanting to up my wager amount ...
Purdue played a sluggish Louisville team tough I guess ...Sometimes teams like Ohio are solely focused on MAC play .... Missouri's offense should be rolling in west lafayette ...
Iowa St lost at home to a very good Iowa squad ... Looked like they had the game won late ... Akron stinks and should get beat down ... Cyclones are NOT a public team by any stretch and doubt many will actually bet on this game ....
I Pounded Oklahoma St -5 in the preseason , now its 13.5 ...Doubt they want to give more than 17 to us possible middlelers ........
BEST OF LUCK BROTHER
BEST OF HEALTH, HAPPINESS,WEALTH, BLESSINGS and LUCK TO ALL !!

well NOW the UCLA -3 bet is probably REALLY screwed. just checked a site (which I can not mention because the are a Covers competitor) that I always FADE their college picks AND they have them listed in their "6 pack" this week along with
@ Mississippi State +7 vs LSU Texas +16 1/2 @ USC @ Texas Tech -7 vs Arizona State @ Syracuse -10 vs Central Michigan @ South Carolina -6 1/2 vs Kentucky

Absolutely love Stanford ML on parlays/teasers... They have the run defense to shut down Rashard Penny.....They will wear down SDSU and will win by 10 -14 points...Should be a low sowing game.
Mayweather bet 450000 on

UCLA "should" win... but their defense isn't very good, Rosen is highly overrated in my opinion... they haven't proven a thing.. now Memphis isn't a world beater or anything.. but just because UCLA has a number next to their name doesn't make this a slam dunk... lots of ranked teams hitting the road this weekend, not all of them are winning
