Auburn 38  FSU 35 in overtime…predictions…heck we all have them!

I thought FSU all the way,  but has anybody taken a close look at the Miami game. This game was fairly close until the top miami running back got injured. After that FSU's game was much easier.

The Auburn running attack is about 3 times the strength of Miami's and coaches who know the Auburn coach, said he's a maniac when it comes to studying. They said he'll watch the AUBURN tapes over and over, thinking of ways to defend them, then when all the obvious strategies are determined, he'll make key changes to the offense to take advantage of defense's likely responses.

Auburn's playing with house money, and they've already played what is a comparable game to the National Championship by defeating Alabama.

Any comments regarding the Miami game..and the current line of 10.5 floating out there

due to the lack of a passing game, FSU will load the box with 8 men and teach Gus that maybe a Cornerback isn't the best move going forward.

Jess, I agreed with your assessment until I learned about Malvan's studying strategies. Don't you think Auburn will be aware of 8 men in the box? I would think Auburn would hit some dink n dunk passes over the 8 men in the box? 10.5 is a lot of points..especially when that Auburn team plays to the last second (literally n figuratively)

Just read on another thread that heisman QB winners lose championships 1-7 ! Other than that , love auburn's quick speed and great defense. I see florida state punting most of the night:)

Just checked a few box scores ...One thing seems likely...Florida State will score at will... can Auburn keep up...Don't think so...

Their best team is not in the championship game.

I expect Auburn to fake the read-option on the first play
to trick FSU. Auburn has put in some new "trick" plays for
this game.

The Auburn QB is a runner and not a true QB.

Auburn may experience the same fate of Clemson who had a better and true QB in Boyd.

The game is "over" if FSU learns and stops the option early.

I expect the MEN from FSU to play professional football tonight
and dominate.

I'm not good in college so don't take my picks seriously.  Same pro system does not work for college.  Just having fun on the last game.
