UTAH IS JUST BIGGER AND FASTER THAN THIS SEC TEAM....AND THEY WANT IT MORE....
 
Utah has had plenty of chances to cough up this gane and give in, and yet they step right up and continue to make big play, after big play....

Excellent post kid.  Almost every bowl season we stick one of these wannabes in a big game and a team coming off a disappointment of missing a championship opportunity has to play a game they don't want to be in against someone who is burning for respect.  Remember Georgia/West Virginia and Oklahoma/Boise State in the past four years.  One team feels disrespected and plays the game of their lives, like Utah tonight, and another is just going through the motions.  No way Bama has their heart in this but the small time conferences will order rings like they have proven something.  Congrats to Utah for playing so well, but you are still a middle of the pack team, and will be again next year.  Go play Hawaii, Fresno, or Nevada.  Glad I had equal bets on Ole Miss, and Kentucky to offset this fiasco.  Liking UCONN tomorrow.  GL all.  Sorry Bama backers, this was one of those weird things that happen every couple of years.

Thanks, Macallanlover. Before people try to compare this game to last year's Sugar Bowl, remember that not only did Hawaii feel like they had finally given themselves a chance to earn some respect as a legitimate contender, but UGA was also coming into that game wanting to make a point that they were playing some of the best college football available at the end of the season.

Either you should have just sat back and rooted BAMA'S comeback,if not worse case down 1 unit

 

and if you were going to place a 2nd half wager it should have been on UTAH, and you wld have split....

 

UTAH DOMINATED THIS GAME FROM OPENING KICK TO THE END

This Utah team must be considered for the off season's top spot. They are the  only undefeated team in the nation, and just whopped ass in a BCS bowl game

On THIS game you are right.  Actually, I just licked my wounds and did nothing for the second half but Utah plus 8 was the play I just did not want to make that play in case Bama somehow came back.

I think the Mississippi and Kentucky game doomed us.  If the Utah game had been played earlier we may have not gotten on the SEC train!

Congrats Utah backers. Utes proved that 1) Bama did not belong in national title game and 2) Mountain West deserves an automative BCS Bowl bid.
