Thanks for the thoughts and info on your experience! Obviously the pills are bulky, but do/did they help (if you took them)? Seems like the powder would be better/quicker for absorbtion (obviously).

I don't take anything. Just eat well and things seem to go pretty good.
Training smart, eating a well balanced diet, putting in the time to cook and fucking shop at the grocery( ) store goes a long way.
