@search... yes, proper nutrition is a must. supps are a great thing but if you do not have proper nutrition then they are a complete waste of money. it is possible to get by without the supps, but nutrition must be spot on. like you said, a good steak will provide you with aminos, however for people like me who do not eat steak (i may have it 1x every other month...i just dont care for red meat), then supps are a positive thing. i will never say supps over nutrition, must have nutrition or else everything else will fail. its great that you are doing well with nutrition alone. Supps are a must for me as I am unable to eat the correct number of meals, i will simply puke up anything over 4 meals...so i must get my nutrients from other various sources. Love that you stated the thing on calves...this drives me nuts when people talk about calves and steroids

"roid rage" is a failsafe that many people will just state simply to have something to rely back on. i agree that if you are going to take any injection supps, then you must know what you are doing. i would never recommend steroids to anyone until i know them and how they train. but to say that all test boosters are complete trash...this is not true. i had blood work ran simply to prove this. i would also recommend a test booster to start out with rather than jumping into steroids...this is not something to just do to get bigger. like you said, you must have the mindset and the knowledge to do this type of stuff. I have not done them yet, however I will be doing them here very soon. I have the knowledge and the the mindset to do this stuff right. I have been training for 6 years solid, mind you I am only 22yrs old. BOL in your training, i do not know you nor know what you do in the gym and your goals...but BOL. steroids are a good thing as long as they are used properly

Well thats a totally difference situation then, but for most people they shouldnt worry too much about throwing money after BCAA, but of course if u're having trouble getting your meat / meals then it's not a bad solution, but for most people they would do better without throwing money after these products. But, steroids is an "emotion-pusher" and that is why the wrong people should never get in touch with this. It's an evil circle. Mostly, because, many of the "Thugs" are the "aggresive" ones (not judging) and when they get in contact with roids it will be even worse because of testosterone, if you add the fact that they drink alcohol all the time as well then this is not a good cocktail if you wanna stay calm. But for the right people they will probably not be that much more aggresive, and they wont have the "roid-rages" as people state, atleast not as much. I agree that the downsides of roids are totally overblown, no reason to neclect with them tho.
