Have had people quit............... but really not after 60 jumping jacks.
You gotta at least do better than that before quitting?

Is for sure okay to rest and take days off. Physically as well as mentally. If on a rest day, remember how quick and easy it is to do those jumping jacks tho if get any extra wind in there.
Also good time to maybe stretch on a rest day. Or hit the grocery store and stock up on chicken.

Lot of debate on this but personally don't think you need to hit a muscle group really more than once a week...... as long as you hit it hard when you do hit it. Maybe even longer than once a week.
Right now I only hit upper body good let's say once a week max......... big pullup/pushup day. And hard legs maybe every 1.5 weeks (mostly sprints). Both of those workouts are high intensity tho and are also working cardio.
Do morning floor work 6-7 days a week but it's light and easy. Just habit..... and also relaxing.
