I disagree. Working out burns energy, which in turn makes you hungry for more food. It's hard on a 250+ body to do much working out. Walk, that's it, and some utility orientated physical activity, but skip the gym for the first 90 days
And pretty sure pepsi has 48g of sugar (high fructose corn syrup, YIKES)
No sugar added cranberry juice, sounds healthy as hell, right? 60grams carbs(sugar) for an 8oz glass
That's more then half of what you should intake in a day. And the 100-150g of carbs, should be veggies (fiber dense)
I also would steer clear of fruit for the most part in the first 90 days. Very sugary, and its fructose, which might be the worst of the sugars. think about it, evolutionarily, we would have only eaten fruit at the seasons, and it wasn't so sweet until we teased it to be sweet. lemons/limes are ok, can add them to water, virtually zero fructose. canteloupe, rasberies, clementine, cherries, strawberries, blueberries rounds out my list of fruits. I often eat an orange after breakfast
If you go the near-zero carb route for 30 days, it's like a reset button for your body, your stomach and insulin levels will find a new normal, and you can better handle some healthy carbs/sugars (limited)
good luck bro, it's very easy if you stick with it.
