Easiest safe food = almond butter. All you need is a spoon or fork. Or a spork
My favorite brand is Justins. Justin says the almond butter is his fav and best product
Sunflower butter is quite tasty, but i believe its high in omega6, so cant eat the whole jar in one sitting like the almond butter
You will never lose weight the way youre going about it. Working out makes you hungry. Have to eat right to stay feeling full. Taubes had a good analogy in his book Why we get fat and what to do about it, going from memory here,,,,,
Imagine you and your fiance are invited to a kings feast style buffet, prepared by a world renowned chef. It is on friday night. What would you do in preperation for this feast? Probably skip a meal, like friday breakfast. Maybe get in an extra work out on thurs or fri. Now why would you skip a meal, or exercise extra? To work up an appetie, correct? So exercising and depriving yourself of food, makes you hungry, right? How on earth do you expect to lose weight by making yourself more hungry? Not gonna happen. So do the opposite, eat until you are full, and pass on the exercise. Just need to be sure you are eating properly

You want to lose weight , ditch the stupid gym, and learn to cook. Get your future wife involved. When i get to home pc, gonna post a couple recipes. A year ago, i never prepared myself food. Now, im in the kitchen about seven hours a week. I have some very simple, very tasty, very filling meals nailed. Dont knock it till you try it, almond butter is insanely good. Or you can just keep up the gym deal, and eating like crap, and youll be very frustrated with the results over the next six months.
Get wifey in the kitchen with you, if she doesnt cook either, no better time then now to learn. This will be the mother of your children, you want her to stay in good shape as well. Cooking is very sensual, good foreplay
Tell her you need to stop going to the gym, and will need to sexercise your way to better health. I guarantee you can easily lose 50lbs in six months, eating right. Dont need to give up the gym forever, if you really enjoy paying to kill yourself in some building thats teeming with disease. As an added boner, your pepper will appear two inches bigger (do you still need more incentive??). 50lbs of fat lost, will bring back two inches of dick you have hiding in that glazed donut on your pelvis
