Fried I took a tip from you in this thread. I try to run at least 5 times a week but don't always have the time so I don't do anything when I cant squeeze it in..
Now I started doing jumping jacks when I cant make the runs, its quick its easy and it works.

Scrap the rice for cauliflower. In my opinion, fried is mixing in some bad info in with all the good info
Forget about the gym, focus all your energy of what youre putting into your mouth. Its only the most important factor on good health/weight loss,,,,,let alone surrvival

Are your sets to "fatigue"?..... or a pre-set number?
Too much of a coincidence.............. Hey, if it takes 19 or 29 to get to fatigue. There is the benefit. Stopping at 10/12/15 doesn't accomplish anything.

some are high intensity and some are to failure... im keeping a workout journal with me while i work out so i can change weight numbers for next week. I don't know what my perfect to failure numbers are yet.
leg press was definately to failure today with about 2 min between sets..
leg curls were only about 45 seconds between sets and calf raises were pretty close together too.

also.. as a side note... can we keep the language clean in these.. only because i do some of this at work and my boss knows and is helping me stay focused with positive enforcement... but I dont want it to be bad language so she doesn't read it and say its not really good to have open at work... thanks..

also on a side note.... some of my weight isn't heavy because i used to skip the exercises that i didn't like... ie any abs!!! also hated doing legs.. i know i know they are the biggest muscles...
