Just glanced at your menu there. Pretty exotic and congrats on all the changes but don't burn yourself out. Eat what you want but keep it in check.
If you are working out, then I would say you definately need more protein in that diet. Also, unless you are at the weight you want to be at, wouldn't even think of eating pasta for dinner. Once you get to the weight you want to stay at, then maybe but not in reduction mode. The pasta sauce is fine, it is the PASTA which is pure carbs dude.
Another thought is the treadmill thing. Sprinting on concrete or grass is NOTHING compared to sprinting on a treadmill. It's painfull but also really quick.

Ditch that and go outside and do a few sprints. Doesn't take many. If you play hoops, then you may get that in but only if you are SPRINTING and not rolling around.
