I think I have solved this.  He was in jail for unauthorized use of a credit card to bet with "Vietbet" and then his story begins.

next time u try ripping off an online book u should try changing some of ur account info so they dont instantly blow ur cover and outsmart u again. Between that and whatever u were locked up for is excellent proof that ur not only a shitty liar but a shitty criminal also. My local western union accepts my library card

Being a US bettor, i'd never use my bank account to send $$ to some off shore betting site. I use bookmaker using western union & my payouts are PROMPT!! Except when they sent my $$ to michigan instead of Massachusetts, lol. But was cleared up and recieved my payment minus the original WU fee!!
