All 3 women made the semifinals at 910pm ET - Roberge & Gregg, both finish 2nd in their Quarters will be in the 1st Semi, St-Gelais won her quarter and will be in the 2nd semi
I had the matchups wrong, Gregg was in the 1st semi, Roberge & St-Gelais were in the 2nd
Jessica Gregg WON her Semi-Final!
St-Gelais finished 2nd so she also qualified!
Final will be at 10:05pm ET on Sportsnet - A guaranteed sixth medal at least!

question, why does there have to be a women's curling and a men's curling, the "sport" doesnt require much physical strength, its about strategy, skill and finesse, cant we combine all that stone sliding crap into one curling match and wrap it up in one crappy curling day? the extra television time could be used to show more hockey!

i heard that question asked on the radio yesterday - they said "why not just combine them" - the guy on the radio instead thinks they should create a third curling even for mixed groups
Curling isnt that bad if you give it a chance. Curling is BOOMING in the US right now believe it or not, it's a very strategic game
it's also the only sport you can be old, overweight, out of shape & still compete rather well!

anybody know what channel the hockey game is on? it's canada vs switzerland? i'm sure canada being sooooo awesome is just killing the inferior switzerland. if canada didnt win this one it would be a national embarrassment so i'm sure their taking care of business, where can i catch the end of the game? is it still worth watching? it's gotta be a blowout by now.
