Raging - Im truly sorry to hear about your dad - my thoughts and prayers are with you.

The past couple months have been tough for me too - my dad got very sick, had a heart attack and pneumonia - he was bascially on the final ledge of life.

He hung in there, and he has slowly, gradually gotten a bit better - he's been in hospitals for over 2 months now - and he still has a long way to go.

Sad as it seems - I was dealing with losing him, I was told he was so sick ( hes basically 70 ) that it was only a matter of time.  I tried to prepare myself for his death.

I sort of know how you feel.  But the thing I felt for my dad before he started getting better - I knew he would be in a better place ( when he passed away )

Hang in there man - people are thinking of you and your family.

My old man is my best buddy. I choke up just thinking about him passing and me speaking at his funeral. Keep your chin up bud, pop is in a good place sucking down brewskis and relaxing with a chair waiting for you hopefully many years away.

Im glad to hear your Dad is doing better. Sal my dad never had an alcoholic beverage in his life. So he is probably sucking down Pepsi. Its been a week almost and I feel like time has stood still. I cant believe my dad has been gone for a week. Me and my mom never saw eye to eye but she is just not acting right. I have to be careful of what I say around her more than ever. Im waiting for her to lose it. I just hope im there when she does.
