Sure, I can elaborate a little bit. But the bottom line is everything that I do for a game would be impossible to list all in one post but there are a few trends I like to look at a game having before wagering on it.
Looking at a team's past performance ATS helps determine how the public and oddsmakers are perceiving a team to be. Whether it's weak or strong. I love ranked teams against unranked teams in college basketball because the strong teams usually can be 8-2 in their last 10 games straight up, but you see them also being 3-7 ATS in the same span of games.
I will show you tonight what I mean regarding this 1 factor as I make my plays. Obviously, you need to also watch starting lineups/injuries as well and be able to cap your own games. Jeff Sagarin has a basic method for this as you can see what his line's would be for each game as well. He is usually right where the books are, but when my number's aren't, I like to fire off and pull the trigger.
It may look like I am an "action junkie", but don't forget this "action junkie" took a night off this week already without any wages. Not much junkies I know that can do that. But keep name calling away, it's not like my figure is + for the week or anything....
