Thats common sense. hating certain people of a certain race doesnt make you racist, it makes you aware of your surroundings.
Scal cant grasp this. He thinks whites that hate certain blacks are flawed. That in turn makes him unaware if his surroundings.....
It's pretty simple, we all have the capability of hating anyone of any race for many reasons. Just because you hate a black person or a Japanese person or whatever doesn't make you racist. If you hate a black person JUST because they are black, it does make you a racist.
Let's say I'm in a downtown neighborhood that is mostly comprised of individuals who are poor. I drive by and see a couple of black people who look like they may be dealing drugs in front of a convenience store. So I'm aware of my surroundings and decide not to stop and grab a soda. Does that mean I'm racist? Not necessarily. For me, the important part here is that these two appear to be dealing drugs, NOT the color of their skin.
Now if you see the same exact behavior by two white people in the same neighborhood and decide, "no problem, I'll stop and get my pop," then I'd have to ask you, "why did you not stop the first time yet had no problem stopping the second time?"

So Hutch, same scenario you're downtown there are two convenient stores equal distance away one has a group of white people hanging out in the front of the store the other has a group of black people hanging around in front. If I choose the store with white people hanging out front I'm a racist? Err possible racist? You can't just pick and choose how you want to use the term racist. If I choose to stop at the second store in your original scenario and not the first one. Did I stop because I feel my race is superior or did I stop because subconsciously I'm playing the percentages?
Your mind naturally would go towards the one that most resembles you. People feel safer around people that are similar to themselves. It doesn't even have to be about race. Same scenario one store has a group of white stoners hanging out in front the other store has a group of blacks playing chess in front of the store. Right now in my life, being more conservative with age I will go to the store with them playing chess. 5 years ago I would have chosen the other store. Even if it's subconsciously everyone has shown some sort of prejudice in their lives.

I can see that when using the direct definition. Maybe prejudice is a better word that should have been used. I think the word if taken by the pure definition is overused, but that's the society we grew up in. People tend to take things to the extreme when arguing or having a debate.
So how can you call half of the people in here racist? Is it the belief that one race is superior in all aspects or just certain ones? How do you personally define it because that's a word that you throw out a lot and maybe that's where a lot of the issues you have with others arise.
I think I can safely say that 90 percent of the people you have problems with don't have the fundamental belief that their race is superior to another in all aspects. Maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.
One issue at a time...
I'll debate the racism of others here when you can agree I am not a 'racist' as formally defined which you appear to understand. And no 'prejudiced against whites' has very similar problems with terminology and definition if not the exact same ones.
Hutch has already conceded it. You apparently have. Guys like WMI will never but I don't expect much from him.
When people stop inviting a paradox into debate as though it's rational, it makes things a lot easier.

And you are the idiot reverse racist loser who always post stupid crap. SO your point is??? If we did a poll on this site on who they would rather see leave, I will bet my life that you would go and not me. As a matter of fact I will be up for a challenge. Do a poll and the loser leaves the site for good. I bet you just ignore my challenge.

Well I think you are just a liar. You are not a white male . You just made that up. I mean you thought that I was liar so maybe that is the answer. You are just a liar. It makes you feel like a bigger/better person to write all this bs.
First you say you don't care about my race.
Then I tell you you should because it defeats your stance on calling me a racist.
Now you care and I am I am the alleged liar...
So I ask, do you care or not care? Don't answer. Your posts already said everything needed.

What is your percentage this year posting here just in NBA?
I don't keep records nor do I care to keep them or post them.
You should know. You're in virtually all of my threads (carefully staying out of the winning ones and then popping up like a rabid groundhog in the .5 to 1 pt. backdoor misses likely with a cackle that could rival the wicked witch of the west).
Now that i answered yours, back to my question. What percentage of winners makes a good capper?

Again, thats a flawed question. % doesnt mean anything. Being in the green is all that matters. Come on Scal....

Train do you have all those round robins you played in the nfl and college football. Did you get a big ticket out of them? Do you do the same with MLB?

Your mind naturally would go towards the one that most resembles you. People feel safer around people that are similar to themselves. It doesn't even have to be about race. Same scenario one store has a group of white stoners hanging out in front the other store has a group of blacks playing chess in front of the store. Right now in my life, being more conservative with age I will go to the store with them playing chess. 5 years ago I would have chosen the other store. Even if it's subconsciously everyone has shown some sort of prejudice in their lives.
There is no doubt in my mind that familiarity plays a role. If you grow up in an all white neighborhood and haven't been around diversity, you might behave differently when around a diverse group.
l've interviewed a million people in my life. However, the first time I interviewed a person in a wheel chair, I got flustered. It's not because I was discriminating, it was because I had never done it before.....and you have to make sure they can get to your office....and can access your office.
Since then I've even interviewed a deaf person through an interpreter and investigated a sexual harassment claim made by someone who couldn't speak English. Now it's like old hat.
Sure, you can tell yourself to just treat everyone the same way, but it really helps to have those life experiences as well.
Even if it's subconsciously everyone has shown some sort of prejudice in their lives.
I absolutely agree with this.

I am up on the year because my bankroll says I am.
And the great irony in you claiming I say what my record is or what my bankroll is, ALWAYS is prompted by you or the other vermin that slither in the thread to bash and say precisely the opposite so I will in turn, defend myself.
That's quite different from the poster you are trying to make me out to posting my daily record and units which my OP's never contain.
You are the antagonist that brings this shi% out, as though I'm going to sit there and not defend myself.
Now, back to the question. What is the answer?
