Not paying close attention to it, but it sure looked like it. I don't think he has to actually be announced, just ruled the winner. He got the three count, so not sure if it matters. If there was a textbook example of initial ruling vs final result, that would appear to be it.
All wagers made on selections having the "initial ruling" notation are graded immediately when any announcement of a winner is made at ringside. No claims, voids, or concessions will be accepted or honored regardless of the circumstances at hand. Official or unofficial wrestling website results ARE NOT used for grading purposes.
They have a guy watching it live and he grades it, I know this because that's what they told me specifically when I dealt with all of that Wrestlemania drama. So when Big show gets the three count, you have your result.
Also, they aren't ever going to change another WWE ruling again, under any circumstances from what I've been told and their specific rules posted now.

That's where I missed it because I had it muted and quickly turned it on. Oh well...I had both bets, actually, so it's not a perfect night but it can still be profitable.
