WTF i sold my smn last week thursday expecting them to not let this fall below 1065 on S&P which it did, thought i was Mr.Smartguy now they are killing the markets.
sorry just woke up to check what happened i bought back at 1.4399. for a nice 780$. I trade with mini lots at first, just to get my feet wet with it so now there is more money in the account so I usually do more then the standard units.
I just sold usd/jpy at 90.44 for a qty of 10, i see it making a run down to $90-89.60 level in a few hours. will see what happens tho
Got out of this one for a real small loss yesterday.
High IDK how long you been doing this or anything but starting with several lots can lead to trouble pretty quick..always keep in mind price per lot so you can figure out your margin...again IDK your exp level or the $$$ amount in your account but starting with 10 lots means $1,000 in margin is already used in your account more if youre trading some of the other pairs..
Im sure by reading our threads youve seen we dont take losses here,we average our way out of trades...thus we start with a lower # of lots and this gives us room to average up/down..GL sir nice trades so far
I do my charting and I find real specific spots to get in and out. I am not in to make a killing in one trade. If I see a clear point where I know hey this trade is only good for 8 pips I will do it. And get out even tho the trade might very well be worth 20 pips. I stick to my rules and not emotions. If I am wrong o well i will take a small loss.I was doing it this morning 4 or 5 times already where i got in and out in less then 20 minutes for a 8-13 Pip movement. Yes I know It is risky but i do have stop losses in place that are rather tight.
I dont know if you guys use MT4 or not but ive taking trades from signals that match signals on my pro charts and the results have been awesome..most of the signals they generate are good but if a pair is going nuts it will just keep saying sell,sell,sell, all the way up...but look at the charts ive been posting the signals are the arrows and the red dots on the tops and bottoms of the candles are DI crosses...i love this platform working with my pro platform it has me making a few less trades but ive been going for more pips..
EU was an dead shrt at open with all the news over the weekend just isnt getting any better anywhere...i got in and out of EU/LB,had the 50 cross above the 100MA easy shrt..heres the chart...
Spanton has been cleaning up..a few weeks ago he had days back to back where he made over 2000 pips and 3000 pips,but he will shrt basket trades meaning if he shrts EU he takes it across several pairs..
I like it Pap...she crossed higher then reversed and had a cross lower...just like it has every cross forever...look at this thing
