@JEG53 - Question: Are you still a SF Giants fan? If yes does that include this coming season?
Barney, you have been too out of touch. JEG bailed on the Giants at least two years ago. He has changed strategy and currently has 29 favorite teams. He will eliminate another one or two before the season begins and a few more by Labor Day. He may be down to twenty by the time the playoffs begin and will surely have all the qualifiers, just so he can say "I told you so" when the League Championships and World Series are finally decided. Then, when all is settled he will be saying "I picked this team last winter, blah, blah, blah, ad infinitum, ad nauseum".
Just thought I would bring you up to date on his mental condition, which never was anything to shout about, but is growing progressively worse.

You should see my hair, last time it was this long the Army cut it off with all the others wasted guys drafted in stupid lottery, that is why I did not win lottery for one billion, already hit my number, plus the beard I have now, my wife is staying away now, to much work anymore anyway.
@barneybeans
And yes bb, as of now with Posey back I am still a Giants Fan, we did win 3 WS after all, but for some reason I might be thinking my Dodgers will win a real one again. 2 Pitchers making about 65 million for 400 innings, that is 200 each in case you are Key's age, we have money to burn.

Key,
I know, that you know, that I know all of that. I just opened the stage for you to expand and get some digs in and take a few shots @ JEG. You didn't disappoint.
For the record I am a SD Padres fan, and a CLE Browns - needless to say it's been a crappy few decades until the pandemic...

When SF and KC won the series recently that made me happy. I am a huge supporter of salary caps and small market teams shoving shit down the throats of the likes of the NYYs or BOSoxs or those damn LADs. Speaking of KC love Hosmer being on SD.
Pretty soon it will be cactus and grapefruit for breakfast.

But when he is tending bar, all his customers LOVE him. We are just trying to keep him humble. We don't want that pedestal to get to tall, because that's a long fall.

About the SB, I'd like KC to win it, if Brady wins it we will never hear the end of it, the press will ride his dick for long that, pardon my french, they will end sweating juice (can't remember from what roast I heard this punchline, but it seems appropriate for this situation).

What is that saying from Key and LC Generation:With Friends like you, sure you assholes know the rest,
I can not believe I still have to explain this to you guys,TOM was on my NE team and when he left so did I, Right to our Bucs, was hoping they would sign him, AND KC who Key claims is his team because he used to have a Royals Tar, though he lives in Arizona, he will someday know where he is.
Now I do not have to name every Player my 49ers gave to my Chiefs trying to help them win, Starting with Joe Montana, as soon as he went there my Heart was with the Great KC teams using the Bill Walsh System of Winning with his Players and I just never lost that feeling of them being in the Family.
And you are right, when I am behind the Bar AZZHOLES FIND OUT REAL FAST THAT i CAN NOT SEE OR HEAR THEM!!!!
So lets go team and Win, I feel good about my team winning.

We all seem to be in fine form today. It is probably the beer-for-breakfast attitude on Stupid Bowl Sunday that brings that out. Has anyone yet advanced to the hard stuff? It is still 2.5 hours until kickoff and it just wouldn't be right if someone wasn't already passed out.
Here is what gets me. It takes two weeks for all the pundits to tell you what you are going to see. It takes 4.5 to 5 hours to play a 60 minute game(is this what the kids call new math?); then it takes the same pundits another two weeks to explain to you what you saw with your own eyes. A friend of mine recently had quadruple bypass heart surgery and it didn't take 1/10 the time for his surgeon to explain every single step to the family. He is doing fine, btw, and will be permitted to watch the game in his hospital bed. He is, by birthright, a Georgian and has no particular bias in this game, but his wife is a Kansas City native and has been threatened with being shot on sight if she is seen within two miles of the hospital any time before midnight. Both of their cell phones have been confiscated as an added precaution.
GO CHIEFS (JEG's +3 on the Bucs is wasted money). He has a history of wasted money bets.

I did forget one thing, The Padres are on my Radar at the moment, they were even higher before my Dodgers did that great Scouting Job and signed a possible 18 game winner, that is a bit over 2 million a win, HELL OF A DEAL TO KEEP ME A FAN.

Even the Minnetonka High School Cheerleaders are on your radar until mathematically eliminated. No need to tell us every team from American Samoa to Paris is on your radar and will be "your" team at some point this year.

From Chifartgo head north into Wisconsin. When you find an Interstate Hiway head west (left to you sac), and any time you reach Minnesota stop and ask directions to Minnetonka. If the guy drools all over himself you will know he has been there (all the girls for 10 generations have been Swedish blondes). I hope you and JEG have a safe and happy trip, but watch the under-age thing, Minnesota judges have no sense of humor.

Lemme see; You live in Califruity and he lives in Illinois but you want HIM to pick YOU up? On the way?
I don't know about him but I wouldn't go 2,000 miles out of my way for your sorry azz. Get a ticket to Midway, he can pick you up there. I won't fear you guys swinging by to kidnap me either. I don't think you have the guts to enter MariCovid County.

My Recap: Cheesy half-time show and a lot of big money advertising pulled out. Only took 3.5 hours this year. Most commercials were a dud. The pandemic strikes again.
