Sale 16-2 in May and Seattle were my first 2 bets.  Angels last 3 starters have not made it to  5 innings.  Weaver making 18 million a year???

POD = BALT -137 ML. Cant even see past DET's avg of 6.4 runs against over their last 10 games vs BALT's red hot bats. Throw in BALT's 14-5 home record, 10-3 after a win, along with an upward line tick & im sold!

Seattle Mariners -145

Angels are Garbage, and have an inflated road record compared to their Run Diff.  The Mariners WILL have a good home record this year; so far only +2 at home.  Angels played extra innings and continue to truck out Puhols each night even though he's washed up.

@clutch - agree the spread in the IIHF games are tough to play, but I can't get a money line in my book....would you fully stay away from them then?

Matt That is why I don't really LOVe the CWS tonight.  I am ONLy playing Sale because of the streak I am on...some might not agree with that philosophy.  Severino can be good and he totally shut down the Sox in his last start and with the best bullpen in the majors, we better be ahead 2-1 before the 7th or we are in trouble.

But I will stick with Sale....the Yankees will not finish last in the division, Tex always starts slow and will heat up along with Beltran.  I have the Yanks as a play on tram when they can figure out the rotation and get some righties in the lineup.

Yeah Belarus should win, but personally I like to stick to the teams that have proven track records and continuously play well team systems. This is a $$$$ thread, so I avoid discussing those types of bets. I will not be playing it, but yeah if everything goes according to plan Belarus should win.

Nothing with value and $$$$ right now with spreads. Teams playing consecutive days now, you could take Finland at -1.5 but only at 1.14 in my book, so would probably need to parlay it. On the heat and raps. I'm going to avoid that one today. Don't know if Lowry and derozan show up or not. Series has been hard to read, so will just enjoy watching it and see about a possible live bet.

Texas/Toronto over 10 $$$$

This week 3-0

I hope everyone cashed out again after the game, I know I did. Here's the deal, Toronto and Texas have been playing some great baseball as of lately and swinging for the fences.

Perez and dickey haven't been great, I see a lot of hits and runs coming from this. This is a no brainer.

Total is over 10, but it's high for a reason. We all know Toronto can he some runs, but so can Texas. There is good money on the over yet it's still high. I'm taking the over 10, tail me and see the cashier after the game to cash out.

Will probably be the same story as it was the last time in Miami,  - DeRozan and Lowry will go like 4-28 combined and Wade alone will win the close game.

Yeah I am not jumping Sale's ship just yet, I'll wait until he'll lose.

Plays have been off lately. Wiseguys pass on NBA as they look to rebound after a 4 game losing streak.

I am leaning towards the Under 189.5 total in the TOR/MIA matchup.

These two teams have averaged only 178.8 points per game during regulation time in this series. 

none of those games have made it above 190 points in the first 48 minutes of play.

Toronto is playing a slower, defensive style as they've went 'under' the total in all five of their road playoff games so far this post-season.

 Miami has responded well defensively after a loss, going 'under' the total all five times in the game following a playoff defeat this year. 

BOL today - productive day yesterday with DOdgers RL, Dodgers under 6, Balt RL, Balt over.

Still sticking with my pretty profitable Cubs theory (got over 2-1 on Wednesday night and was real close to betting against Hendricks also) and started 1-0 today with Hammel with Jake and Lester on deck.

Didn't post yesterday because I felt the people in this forum were spot on and not a lot of time for write-ups lately.  Baltimore and the Red Sox were automatic plays yesterday and the TT's were also, although that Baltimore one was closer than expected.  I love betting on teams that can hit though.  They always seem to be able to get to that bullpen.

Anyway, I agree with some of the plays, White Sox, Cleveland, Boston mentioned in the thread.  I admit I did not get on the Sale train until like game 4.  I was afraid I was going to lose 2-1, but the Sox bats have surprised me.

One play I like that I didn't see a lot of talk about is Baltimore over detroit at only about -137.  I keep saying Mr. Upton is not the same pitcher he used to be.  About 6-7 MPH off of his FB and where he used to put teams away, they are now fouling off his pitches causing him to go deep into counts. 

Detroit 1-9 last 10 (think someone else may have mentioned that as well).  Baltimore won 5 or 6 in a row and I really like Tillman. I think the team is 6-1 in his starts.

Tampa is coming off an impressive 4-1 dismantling to the New York Islanders and have been resting up. 

Pittsburgh is coming off a 6 game series against a very physical Washington team that couldn't keep up with the Penguins speed.

Tampa is a completely different team than the overrated Capitals; they're fast, can actually put the puck in the net, and have a key defenseman in Victor Hedman. 

Hedman and the Lightning defense held Islanders star John Tavares to 0 points in their final 4 games 

Tampa offense lead by Nikita Kucherov, who has 9 goals and 12 points this postseason

Tyler Johnson (13 points). Tampa has had the Penguins number this year winning 3 straight with a most recent 4-2 victory in Pittsburgh. 

Tampa comes into tonights game 4-0 L4 vs. the Metropolitan

Tampa is 16-5 L21 playing on 3+ days rest

Tamps is 4-1 L5 following a win, and 23-9 L32 Friday games.

Penguins are 0-4 in their L5 Conference Finals games

Penguins are 2-6 L8 Friday game

Penguins have lost 4 of their last 5 against Tampa

Small play on Tampa for the price.

I haven't really got the time to do a proper write up but I do like the over in this game. Both teams in desperate need of a victory sitting just above the relegation line, neither with good defense. Both lost last game with, especially in Hammarbys case, LOTS of missed scoring chances. We had the over in Hammarbys 3-2 loss against Örebro. Kalmar had their chances as well against Östersund, but lost 0-1 away. Important Kalmar top scorer Antonsson left the game late with a suspected injury, but is now ruled fully fit and expected to start. He scored twice last year when Kalmar hosted Hammarby in a 2-2 game.

Kalmars last three home games has ended 3-2 2-3 3-2, Hammarby have lost 2-3 1-3 1-4 on the road so far, not counting the derby win against Djurgården which is played on their common home ground.

I think we should see 2-1 either way and maybe some more to that. Why not 3-2 either way like in recent Kalmar games.

@Pimp - Angels must be faded until they prove they can turn it around.  Not a fan of Karns though, so we'll see. 

@board - Think Miami Heat have enough in the tank to win game 6 and send the series back to Toronto.  Also bet 1st half under 95 again.  Boy, Cavs licking their chops to see which injured team they get to kill next round.  Talk about the walking wounded!

seattle is the best when it comes to opening the series.  6-0 in the last 6 right now i believe.

laa is fade material 0-5 in last 5 n 0-4 in last 4 against right hander 

i go small here just because the pitcher for laa pitches well against seattle.  he has not lost to seattle as a starter.  that was last year n this year is this year right?  laa is stricken with injuries that messes up their rotation so without any run support, what u gonna do laa?

Thanks newmi, you are as much 'auto tail' as I am 'auto fade' right now.  I swear, even know my overall bets are doing okay (break even or close), my $$ plays just lose lose lose lose.  Just one of those things I guess.
