This is a system only taking dogs in MLB and following the rules listed below:
System Rules:
1. Always play underdog
2. Do not play if opening money line is +151, stay away from heavy dogs.
3. If opposing pitcher is top 20 in NL or AL on Jeff Sagarin’s ratings, do not play the dog and pass. For the beginning of the season, i will base this ranking from 2013 until we get enough data for 2014.
4. Bank roll management. This is key, in order for this system to be successful I will risk 3% of my bank roll on each play. In my case, I ill start at 10k and risk $300 at start. After each day, deduct and add winnings to determine what your new bank roll is and risk 3% the following day.
5. Do not play any other games. This is where discipline comes in.
6. Under Play: If both teams have a top 20 pitcher in NL or AL, play the under.

TOR +160 - 300/480
HOU +130 - 300/390
PHI +120 - 300/360
ATL EVEN - 300/300
CLE +120 - 300/360
