I see a lot of what the public percieves to be "traps" and such but in my opinion are just games in which laws of averages and mere luck apply with more weight today. I'm talking about sweep situations...be very careful...most of the time, things are not what they seem to be. That said, I want to make it clear, in my opinion, no matter how we spin it, there are no strong plays today. The key today is to pick a game that does not give you that all too "public" feeling. To me, the Oakland fits the bill. To start with, I don't know how I can ever back Robertson ever again knowing he's average at best. carloscipper - I hear ya. Problem with Detroit is you got a bunch of players who played on high emotion and drama last year after Leyland came on board. This season, they are experiencing the low of that emotion and they can't get out of the rot. I think overall, sports handicappers have woken up at this point and have seen just how empty this team really is.
