I'm not hoping he gets injured. I would love to see what he can do for a full season if healthy. With that said, even if he doesnt get injured, this team is still terrible.

AJ, guess what?  My A's have a good chance of having a better record then the Guillen Boys of Chitown!  Don't be shocked you heard it hear first!!  At the end of the season all posters will be like hey look there's AJ

This is one of the most ridiculous threads of spring training. You just wasted 5 minutes of my life I will never get back.

Well, I think the White Sox are in for another rough year, but I would be shocked if they ended up worse than the A's. To be honest with you, I would be shocked if any team in baseball ends up worse than the A's.

Bad performance by Blanton today..A's fans need him to pitch well in 1st half so Beane can trade him for some prospects!    Guys I know you have baseball fever but I don't reccomend betting on games that don't matter!  Be careful! Don't get

Paying attention to the A's cappers...won yesterday 23-5 over over overrated Zito and came back today vs NL champs Rockies..scored 2 in 9th to win 3-2.  For a young team like Oakland who many don't respect this year..spring training is important!  Take over 74 wins ladies and gents..and believe!

Yes, the A's won today 9-6 and Blanton pitched a quality 4 innings.  Remember last years We Believe message with the Warriors..the same will apply to this year's A's team!!

The A's won again today 15-4 vs the Padres.  Currently a team that many think will lose between 90-100 games is 5-2 and has the best Spring training record!  This team to many cappers chagrin will be very scrappy this year and surprise the whole league..jump them early as dogs in Japan vs the Red Sox!

It was a pretty absurd thread for sure.

The A's are in my top 3 favorite AL teams, but just liking them won't help with that impotent lineup.

Let's you and I start a thread about the Reds/A's 2008 World Series matchup. Since it's what we both want, I'm sure if we say it over and over in here with nothing to back it up, it'll happen for sure.

Oh yeah, in the rematch of the '90 W.S., the Reds sweep Oakland again..........

dennishopson and lanastasis I actually believe the A's have a good chance to win the World Series!  Go Reds too for that matter...dreams can come true..A's would win this time though like it was 72 all over again....the team is better then people know..good pitching up and down the board and surprisingly good hitting too..I'll be here all year to promote a great young team..bashers and supporters are welcome!  Be careful if you bet against the green and gold ..might get !!!!
