The Tigers are no where living up to the standards of the public just yet but there have certainly been some very profitable situations with them this year if you have been paying attention and doing your homework. As you can see on any standard stat sheet that the Tigers are scoring 4.39rpg (Which is better than more than half the league already #10) but they are averaging 5.9rpg when facing a SP with a whip greater than 1.5 this year. You will also notice that the Tigers are hitting .257ba as a team (Also better than more than half the league #10) but vs SP's with a whip greater than 1.5 they are batting .286 (100 for 350) as a team with 11hr's in 10 games (59 runs)...
With all this in mind guess who is in town tonight to face the Detroit Tigers? The Cleveland Indians who have lost 10 straight games to the Detroit Tigers as the Indians are sending Ubaldo Jimenez to the hill who just so happens to have a whip of 1.7 as he has allowed 46 hits in 46 innings pitched and walked a team high 32 batters as his bb/9 is a mind boggling 6.26. You will be hard pressed to find a another every 5 day starter with one that is higher than 5.
Tonight's play is obviously on the Detroit Tigers as follows...
Det(-102)10u(Porcello/Jimenez)...

Take the Over then, because Porcello is pure garbage.
And just to touch base on an over play. I'm not against it but it's no where near as valued as playing the Tigers at -102. Especially when the Total is set at 9. Although 5 of these games saw runs scored at 10+rpg 5 of them also had runs scored of just 7, 5, 7, 5 & 4. I'd like to keep the value directed right at Mr. Ubaldo Jimenez...
That said I surely would not be playing the under in this game. Even at Comerica park...

Just for the record also all my MLB wagers this year have been on a 1-5u scale. I have stepped outside the 1-5u scale 1 time this year on a daily wager. That was back on 5/212 when I lost a RL-1.5 wager on the Tigers with JV vs Sanchez...

Porcello's 5-1 lifetime record vs. CLV has red flagged this bet at PK'em
Don't worry KING, covers.com most likely had you red flagged on Nov. 2005 when you decided to sign up and start mocking the forum as much as possible. At least your wager tonight is based on people losing bets from last night...

The only monthly stat that holds any water is March/April - IMO.
I will be backing Porcello too, unfortunately. Pure fade on Ubaldo.
I will speak mildly on this matter as I have been one of the bigger supporters of fading Ubaldo now for sometime. But I can't lie as his number's just statistically fell into a situation the a ceratain team has had most of their success from this year. If Ubaldo was playing a different team tonight there would be a very good chaance I would have been off the game...

Obviously I meant Progressive park. The Tigers are 12-10-1 to the under at Comerica this year and the Indians are ironically also 12-10-1 to the under at there home park (Progressive Field).
