Albert and Manny are locked in at 1 & 2 but I see the list very interchangeable from there. Alot of good young hitters and veterans who have been solid for years.
 
Notables: Evan Longoria, Ryan Braun, Chase Utley, Hanley Ramirez, Joey Votto, Ian Kinsler, Grady Sizemore..........Too many more to list

Pedroia to be mentioned in the top 5? Yes absolutely he is if not the hardest person to strike out in the mlb, hes one of.  Being one of the best hitters isn't all about HR's.  I saw people mention Howard and Vlad which is a joke right? Howard?

Ryan Howard should not even be anywhere close to this list.  Votto is definitely going to be there glad he got some mentions.  Rose top 5 hitter of all time for sure

Howard amazing power, but until he can hit over 300 for a season, or even get over 280 we can put him up there.  i think that for now he is just a power hitter. 

I think Longoria will be in the top 5 by next year.

Based on just pure hitting, and not putting a ton of emphasis on power:

1.) Albert Pujols
2.) Manny Ramirez
3.) Joe Mauer

06': 58 HR  149 RBI.  07': 47 HR  136 RBI.  08': 48 HR   146 RBI. I dont care if he strikes out 200+ times and bats .200, Those are some ridiculous numbers.

Also I dont see Carlos Delgado anywhere on this thread. Last season he hit 38 HR with 115 RBI. He has career numbers of 472 HR and 1504 RBI. Surely he belongs somewhere on this list as he does this year in and year out. He is an RBI machine.
