This movie was funny and a storyline that followed the first one to a T.

Not sure what everyone is expected.  I would recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the first

so true about the movie following exactly how the first one went...but I still really liked the movie and it gave me a lot of laughs.  People need to quit taking the movie so seriously, and just look to have a good time while watching it

I kinda liked the first one. Not in "Oh man, it's the best movie ever" way, but rather in a "Well, at least it didn't make me bang my head on the wall" way... Haven't seen the second one. And judging from these comments, chances are I won't see it at all.

I thought the first one sucked too. Couldnt understand why everyone thought it was so funny. Only a couple parts were laughable. It just seemed forced.

 

I started to watch the 2nd one last night on the internet, and i couldnt get thru the opening scene.

 

 

Girl calls guy about why he isnt at his own wedding party.  And this grown 40 year old guy is like "OHhhhhhhhh, It happened again!"

 

seemed pretty childish and i couldnt get thru 3 minutes of it.

I liked the Hangover (thought it was overrated by many but still funny and enjoyable)

I liked the 2nd one. It made me laugh more than enough to be worth the $8 i plunked down and i was entertained for 2 hours

Not sure what everyone else was expecting

i saw it over the weekend. it was funny. but i found myself comparing each scene to the original. lots of comparisons. with all the money they made, i see a part 3 in the future. possible plot idea - alan goes back to bangkok, finds the monkey and marries him.

I just got kicked out of it halfway through my buddy and I were shitfaced pretending to play hockey in the theater.  It was pretty good up until then but then I broke the back off a chair and pretended it was a gladiator shield.

Will Ferrell has been dying to an Anchorman sequel for a long time. They even have a script written already but the studio that owns the rights won't let them make another one for some reason
