It was just a great concert, wasn't a huge venue and the place was just jumping.  This was back in 01' when he first came out.

Marilyn Manson - Orlando 2005 - loudest show I've ever been to
 
Ozzfest 2004 (Manson, Black Sabbath, Mudvayne, Taproot, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Nonpoint, Drowning Pool, Slipknot)
 
Primus - Orlando 2005 - Les Claypool is the best bass player that ever lived.  Hands down.
 
Smashing Pumpkins - Asheville 2007 - 3 hour set, small club, Billy Corgan is a fantastic guitar player. . .
 
Honorable Mention:
311 - Jacksonville 1997 - Total blast, they played a million songs.

Forgot about Kiss. I saw them right after their Kiss Alive album came out. I have to admit their shows are unreal. Not sure about today, but back then it was a great show.

I like the Cure.  But I found their live show boring.  Maybe it was an off night for them.

1.  Radiohead in Grant Park, Chicago
 
2.  Smashing Pumpkins, 2nd to last show at United Center in Chicago
 
3.  SuperDrag at Metro in Chicago...best small show I have ever seen.  900 people just being treated to non-stop rock for 2 hours...sweaty mess afterwards.  One of those shows where 30 minutes into the set you look at your buddy and you just give a nod of "we are watching something historic" looks and nothing else needs to be said
 
4.  Wilco at the Chicago Auditorium in 2004
 
5.  Pearl Jam at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin October 2000...coldest concert they have ever played(38 degrees at start of concert)

Saw that same tour in philly, I think it was 88 or  89.
 
1) neil young acoustic solo show to promote his "harvest moon" album circa 1990 at the tower theatre in phi.
 
2) jerry garcia band Hampton VA circa 1993
 
3) Grateful Dead - any of 15 shows.  RFK 1991 was my fav though.
 
4) Robert Earl Keen with Reckless Kelly at the Backyard @ Austin in 2000

I'm sure of the exact date of the Neil Young show.  I was in college at the time, which was the late '80s early '90s.  I went to so many shows back then that I sometimes mix up the dates.  But that show was kickass.

1. Bruce Springsteen -97 at the MCI Center in Washington -4 hours of the boss and he brought out 'friends' to play with him who were going to play in the area the next day..

I saw Neil Young at Indiana University a long time ago. He was awsome, just him and a acoustic guitar. Very good show.

That just shows you that I haven't been to too many concerts.  I really like Uncle Kracker and Kid Rock though, with the concerts being here in Michigan, the place just seemed to be that more hyped.
 
I was supposed to go to a Rolling Stones concert a couple of years ago when they were playing at Comerica Park, but I had school after work, and was having an exam that night, so I had to give up my ticket, I was pissed about that, but did ace the exam.

Don't rationalize liking Uncle Kracker or Kid Rock, especially Kid Rock, I love that shit and they are great shows
