I respect your opinion more than you likely think, didnt start out like that but i easily recognize a decent sports mind and capper with similar strong personality traits like myself - usually butt heads over the years here with folks occasionally...but i never start anything with anyone unless they are either frauds, liars, people with hidden agendas, or flat out donkeys touting fixed and scripts and conspiracy theory numerology crap...you should know by now this place serves multiple purposes to different cast of characters...when guys start up and get to the point where they are obviously crossing the line, i will usually say something...covers is a longtime hobby for me, and ive become a much better capper for it.

Take Kareem, Magic, Big Game, and the rest......and triple or double their Lakers salary. Jerry Reinsdorf took it one ingenious step further - he laundered his money through Nike for Mike and Scotty and Horace and the rest. All the star players get this, but it's kept at arms length. No different than what college recruiters do, just on a bigger (and far more "legitimate") stage. Of course the Assosciation knows about it....but who cares? Everyone is making money.

Ben, ive made far worse wagers in my career...ive already walked away from that debacle and repocketed those 3u from yesterdays tennis results...i have zero regrets about the wager and would have done it again...the truth and details behind the scenes regarding PGeorge's involvement and possible tampering here may be the boiling point for Silver here...OKC just got raped and will become an irrelevant franchise for the indefinite future now...Westbrick will end up on another habitual losing team but he will do ok for himself with a much needed change of scenary...Lakers are doomed as they got totally played by Kawhi...i dont mind what ended up happening. To know we were in the running for the prom queen is a huge step forward for the Raps franchise.

I would disagree that it was huge step, Kawhi played out year because he had to and everything came up him and Raps. TO isn’t getting any top FA so will need this type of circumstances to make this possible. But they got a Championship so I guess it is fine.
