memphis tried to give 3 games away to the thunder and the thunder just didn't want them as bad

as they do now

still think they win this series if they steal this is on the road

memphis has no chance at game 7

Boy......KD better deliver BIG numbers in order for Thunder to survive Game 6. I don't see Caron or Ibaka or Jackson bailing them out. Since this is such a tight series I am routing for OKC to force Game 7. Another game for us to wager on as well as more excitement in this memorable series.

League -  hate to say it but you're last three picks (okc, bulls and under on nets were trash). I liked Memphis all day and I won't change my mind the way I did last bulls game.  I think you being an okc homer is blinding your perception on this team. 

Okc doesn't have the fortitude to win, I don't see it. They're soft. Durant shooting a long 3 to try to win it was a terrible call. Memphis will get it done at home. I'll come back to eat my crow.  If I'm wrong.

LC, you've made me some nice coin in the playoffs thus far...thank you sir!  I had to go against you last game in this series though (Grizz spread & ML), everybody been waiting for KD to wake up and in the meantime I've been cashin' on the Grizz.  I gotta keep riding them...already have them in a teaser and taking a shot on them ML tonight again.

You guys are basing your pick on previous play from okc and not considering it's an elimination game for the likely MVP. LC said it exactly the way it needed to be said. This game will be determined by KD. Will he rise to the occasion like all great ones do? Don't think that isn't running thru his head the last 2 days. I believe you will see a completely different KD tonight. It may be close but they will win. And if they win you will see a woodshed beating by OKC to close it.

Retooc - he definitely may explode tonight, but you don't think he felt that he needed to rise to the occation in Gm 4, down 2-1 on the road?  Or in the pivotal Gm 5?  Like I said, he can def do it...but something seems off with this team and Scottie Brooks is awful...I'll put my money on the home dog that plays hard nosed def, has a decided advantage inside w/ Gasol & Randolph and that has just been grinding out playoff wins.  

The Grizz have looked like the better team for all but about 3 quarters of the entire series...20 quarters of basketball plus 4 OT sets and the Thunder dominated the 1H of Gm 1, a late run in Q4 of Gm 3, strong Q2 in Gm 4 and again a big run in late 3rd/early 4th of Gm 5.  They Grizz have won 3 of 4 that went to OT and two of those OKC had all the momentum (if not all)...gotta like their mental toughness, not seeing it from KD and boys.

not saying its a bad play, not saying a good play. It is a coin flip, ALL COMES DOWN TO how well westbrook and/or durant plays. one would think they HAVE to have a good game right? well guess we will pay to find out.. GL

For the first time in I don't know how long OKC isn't even behind there own team. Local media and talk hosts have been ripping there team ever since game 5 calling Durant and others an embarassment, they've always been known to be behind there team no matter what. Not today. A lot of people have given up on the Thunder. There a favorite in Vegas' eyes but in there own perception there an underdog going into Memphis. That's when there at there best.

When's the last time in this series Memphis was the consensus favorite?

TheDrill....I agree with everything you said but here's another way to look at it. Okc has played terrible and I'm not for certain Memphis can play any better. Gasol has been a major key is every game. I think you will see them take I'm away and make Randolph beat them. I just don't see Memphis playing any better in a position they never thought they'd be. But again, this one is about KD. Tony Allen has owned his ass. And he won't play any different tonight. KD probably knows that by now so it's not whether KD scores 50 but it's how smart he plays. And whomever said public is on okc is incorrect. Read all the posts. Everyone thinks the same...memphis has played great and now at home and can put okc away...getting pts

Hey listen, Jason Collins got starters minutes for the Nets in 2002 and 2003 and they came two games from winning it all. I would have LOVED to have Caron, even this Caron, on those Nets teams.

I'm taking Memphis and the points, the line will be at 3 before game time. No way I'm layin 3 with OKC in Memphis. Every tout and public is on OKC. Just like they were with Portland last night.
