Just wish the NCAA would encroach upon the NFL again like this past Sunday which had 2 collegiate games that were each 10 times more thrilling than most any regular season nfl parady of play. Would be nice to stagger these 4 NCAA marquee matches as 1 in the afternoon of Sat & Sun and 1 in the evening of Sat & Sun.
Home field advantage is huge for OSU and Clemson, both of whom ought to prevail...

Also,
#14 Stanford at #4 Southern California
and #15 Georgia at Notre Dame
All 4 games should prove to be very good.

Vegas favorites in College Football went 81-9 (90%) !!!
Once the UNLV players & staff could get a money line against themselves, with a point-spread of -45 == $$$
With Tenn's win, NCAAF Favorites were 82-9 !!!
///
Seattle Storm: (+170) Phoenix Mercury: (-200)
The line for this game is Mercury by 4.5 pts.
Griner's regular season finale: 30 points — 6th time she reached 30+ this year — and that wrapped up the WNBA scoring title for her. She averaged 21.9 points, two points better than the Storm’s Breanna Stewart.
Phoenix took 2 of 3 games from Seattle this season — interestingly, the home team was 0-3 in the series — and Griner had a combined 54 points in the two wins.
Seattle (15-19), the No. 8 seed, clinched the final postseason spot on Friday when Chgo & ATL both lost. The Storm lost to Wash later that evening but beat Chicago on Sunday, the final day of the WNBA regular season. Stewart & Jewell Loyd combined for 54 points in the 85-80 win at Chicago.
In an overtime loss to Washington on Friday, Seattle point guard Sue Bird became the WNBA’s all-time assists leader.
It's rather rare, bloody rare for the road team to win all the meetings in a season series. Seattle was just 5-12 on the road in the regular season. And last year Phnx won to get into the next round, Seattle lost to ATL w/ Stewart & Bird off for 31 combined. Now compare that to Phnx Rd1 & Rd 2 performances by Grinder & Taurusassi, 38 & 52 respectively.
I know Storm has beaten both Minny & LA — something Phnx has not done this year, and Taurusassi & Bird both came out of UCONN & both began WNBA in 2004, but Bird's lost more Magic.
Phnx -4.5

Who cares who the Giants went out and got at weapon positions? G-men can't protect Eli at least a few ticks more than last year, it won't matter they got the certified mental-case Brandon Marshall. G-men haven't addressed their O-line, which will be their detriment.
Their Defense won't live up to what they did last year.
Cowboys have had this game circled after losing both times last year. This game just means more to them then it does the Giants.
Cowpokes upto 2 FGs

Teddy Sevransky (aka "Teddy Covers") Pregame.com record tracked & doc'd by ComptrBob:
W/L/T: 4-5-0, 44.4%, -$21. Est. fees: $225. Total net: -$246
Record since inception (August 6, 2014, doesn't include free picks):

Supposedly, Teddy is gone from Pregame, but the picks are still dribbled out to Teddy Sevransky's longer term subscribers...Obviously, he has stiffed them just like he did to his mortgage-company in Vegas and thus we the public also.

I expect them to fare no better than their 1-4 (Week 1) A perfect fade parlay nicely pays, and the surer round-robin fade of all their posted plays will certainly win & pay!

Sevilla have made an underwhelming start w/ Eduardo
Berizzo at the helm, but did warm up for this match with their biggest win of the
season, 3-0 at home vs. Eibar.
Sevilla have never won in 5 trips to England
and never will vs a Klopp side who look to bounce back w/
their 1st Champions League group stage win since very long ago (September 2014).
Liverpool (-145)

Cologne supporters are making the most of their first European match in 25 years against Arsenal. They've made themselves heard in London before the clash with Arsenal, as their Nazi March went unopposed by the local Hooligans because they had Strength In Numbers: Numbering some 20,000 strong, the travelling supporters created quite a
scene with their Hitler steps through the streets of London before kickoff.
Arsenal should stomp the Köln Kollection out! Arsenal (-234)
recent results: FC Cologne: 2-0-3 Arsenal: 3-0-2
Frederik Sörensen was brought off at half in Cologne’s 3-0 defeat away to Augbsurg the past weekend and may not feature at the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger is expected to make some changes to the team a team that just beat Bournemouth over the weekend and they'll have one eye on their London derby with Chelsea this weekend. David Ospina, Jack Wilshere, Olivier Giroud, Mohamed Elneny, Calum Chambers, Per Mertesacker, Theo Walcott and Alex Iwobi could all benefit as a result. Francis Coquelin probably would've started this game but suffered a hamstring injury vs. Bournemouth and is now sidelined.
Arsenal should kick their Europa League campaign off with a win even tho' they'll field a weakened team.
FC Cologne have made a horrible start to the season; they're rock bottom in the Bundesliga with 0 points from 3 matches.

Judging by worst losses, and that the Big10 has been crap in the CFP - outscored 0-69: Ohio State zero - Clemson 31 & Mich St. zero - Alabama 38; also, the very same logic used to get Ohio State into the CFP last year (not the Conf-Champ but only 1 loss) ought to apply and leave them out this year, since they have 2 ugly losses, favoring instead 'Bama (11-1), and the eye-test favors 'Bama.
Thus, the CFP's Final Four to be shown today at noon comes down to the 4th spot: Alabama or Ohio State...

Intuition has many functions beyond keeping us safe. Intuition can also help you generate powerful ideas. The day you start listening to your gut feeling is the day your life will take a big turn for the better.
To come up w/ creative solutions for tricky contests, learn to trust your instincts - even if you're the only one who has a differing opinion.
Greater ideas come from intuition & hunches — not from data, nor from statistics, nor flip charts.
A hunch is creativity trying to tell you something.
Intuition is perceiving what is not yet in the open. That's what I call a huge competitive advantage. Once that info's out in the open, everyone sees it. And then that advantage is gone.

Brady led Pats in a SB have never scored in the 1st Quarter, and the only Quarter in which they've always scored is in the 2nd Quarter.
The sound check's a double-check that the National Anthem for this SB will come in under the posted 2:00 minute mark; also allowed to be seen beforehand is the Gatorade's color.

Some family members living in Vegas only went for $20, but some took the plunge for $100, w/ a couple pony'd up for $100 = $25,000 on the Knights winning the Cup.
Bandied about is LVGN winning Lord Stanley's spells the worst hockey loss of all time for Vegas...
