Hi All,
I just realized that I mentioned in my last post that I would continue posting through the All-Star break. I thought the all Star Break was this week by mistake. So to prove that I might be an Egotistical Arrogant A-Hole (as I've been called by some), one thing I am not is is a LIAR. Therefore I will honor my commitment. Some of you could care less I realize & I only ask that if you happen too dislike me or my threads that you kindly pass them by without the insults or flaming that will not do any of us any good. I posted a Golf play in that forum yesterday & although it looks good so far, the bet is far from being won, as of yet. The problem with today's card is the rash of injuries that are hitting certain teams. Lakers are playing with a lot of them & I believe you can blame many of their recent problems on that fact. I don't believe their as bad as they've been playing as of late. Howard might be back in the line-up tonight & they need him very badly. Without him their inside game is shot both offensively & defensively although Gasol is also an important part of that equation. I am going to be very conservative tonight because of prior stated facts. The Celtics looked sluggish last night against the Knicks but I think you have to consider they had recently embarrassed in Knicks in NY a few weeks ago. I remember watching them strut around, giving Spike Lee the high fives at the games end. The Knicks were determined to get their revenge yesterday & they did. Tonight I believe & the Stat Model agrees that the Hawks are a little over priced. People tend to overreact too what the see on TV the prior night It see's the Celtics chances of covering the 5.5 at 57%, so tonight's it's
