That’s because ALL THE MONEY was on Sixers series that time! And Trae Young is a FLASHY star so they wouldn’t lose too much views. My point is for this series ALL THE MONEY is on Heat series when Embiid went out AND nba rather sixers advance because they have more drama = more views = more $$$!!!

That’s because ALL THE MONEY was on Bucks (the higher seed in that series) and it’s the bubble where no one really fcking cared to watch too lol. This is a different situation where BOTH Vegas and NBA can win $$$. Miami also garners more attention nationally. Not just in the LeBron years. Guys were glued to the screen when D Wade won his first title against Dallas. Philly is like the biggest metro area nobody cares about.

You're conflating population of a region with market share, and marketability. You're conflating passion of fans, which Philly has some of the most passionate, publick interest on a national and global interest. You sound like every Philly fan I know. Philly is the biggest market that nobody cares about outside of the Philly region. It doesn't matter how "passionate" their fans are. A playoff game will be a sellout regardless of where it is played. Florida traditionally has fly by night fans. Tons of transplants in Florida. Tons of retirees. On a national scale, on a global scale, there is much more interest and brand recognition.
