Wager graded a loss... Never in my life!!!

I had a large bet last night on the Heat -4.5 (2nd half). 

They covered that easy with the crazy OT run. 

Never in my 20 years of gambling have I been told OT excludes OT. NEVER!

weird, 2H bets includes always OT , so does O/U bets in 2H. Unless you made a bet 'DOES NOT INCLUDE OVERTIME' ??

Betting on the game period spread, moneyline, or total (over/under) include any overtime scoring. Half-time (2nd Half) betting includes any overtime scores. Fourth Quarter betting does NOT include overtime scores.

i would contact your online bookie customer support ... its not a loss.

I get that, but I would expect to see it say it when I placed the bet. It didn’t. I guess i need to go into the rule book for each bet I make? It didn’t even cross my mind that it wouldn’t include OT. Makes no sense. Never heard of it. Anywhere. Local books, online books, Vegas, AC. Never. 

My bookie's bet precisely will says MATCHBET + TOTALS - OT NOT INCLUDED OR WINNING MARGINS OT INCLUDED. I have never seen a spread bet WITHOUT OT BET because the OT bet is usually on the bookie's side (like if you had Under, it would kill the over or if you were initially covering your spread, you might lose your cover)

So i DONT SEE WHY the bookie woulnt include OT because its AT THEIR ADVANTAGE.

I agree. Lost 300. I know it’s not a crazy amount, but that’s a big swing. 

exactly, my bookie takes only max half hour to reply me through their chat message box (contact customer service) and they usually solve my problems like a Ungraded game when the game was done long time ago. Ive never seen a spread bet not including OT because its at their advantage. 

Sorry, I’ve reached through the site chat, but they told me OT was excluded. So they aren’t any help. Waiting to get answered through email. If not, I will call. 

Unbelievable... apparently in the basketball “house rules” -  2nd half markets exclude OT

if its their rules, nothing you can do.. just move on to a different book

Was it a live-bet? Sometimes wagers can be offered "3-way" or "2-way"
