Bengals Cowboys Rams games all had a tonne of penalties and games stayed under. The Bills Chiefs Bucs games went over with hardly any calls in the games. Bengals game had 14 penalties 7 on each team. The Cowboy game had 14 penalties on them and 7 on San Francisco. So if you took tonight's under good call lots of penalties is what you wanted. I took the Cards plus the points and it was never close. Rams backers and under backers congratulations.
