I still have lions somewhere in the mix... Simply because its been two years since the bankrupcy of detriot ,, i dont think in comes close to katrina , so i will be weighing this differently...
This is also a very interesting game to be breaking down, because if theres one thing that im absolute certain wont happen in Dal - Detroit then it is that the game will be played out square. Somethings odd going to happen. No matter what i think Megatron will have a big game. Megatron is imo MVP material. If Detroit made it to the Super Bowl i think its likely he would be MVP assuming Detroit would win it all. If theres someone in the NFL - if you can talk about that, that deserves a Super Bowl then it would have to be Calvin Johnson, hes so impressive and his performances stand out, so it would create hype talking about the MVP to a player that isnt a quarterback, thats something cool. The thing thats interesting to look at here is also that this is just detroits 2nd playoff appearence in 15 years, wouldnt it be fun if they went all the way like this? Another thing to look at is ofc as you say the bankruptcy - can they do something even in bad times? But whats worrying is what Suh has done recently, Detroits citizen and Detroits players do controversial things all the time, so while its a fairy tale story if they make it to the Super Bowl people despise Suh and those kind of things. So it will be interesting how they match up against "Americas" team. There are so many likely outcomes of this match, but what you have to look at is STAFFORD IS 0-16 AGAINST TEAMS WITH A WINNING RECORD that is fantastic to be looking at, wouldnt it be fun if his first win is here? Also, you know the media loves Romo as a quarterback, he creates headlines, so trust me on this: Romo will NOT have a mediocre game, he will either suck or he will be impressive, he will not be something inbetween, only if its like he throws 4 touchdowns and 4 interceptions, i think thats likely, but he wont throw 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions for example. He will either own hard or suck hard i think, so its hard to say, so i think its likely Romo will light up under a comeback in game because people always talk about how anti-clutch he is in the 4th quarter. So i think he will either make a comeback here or throw the game completely or Detroit with CJ will do something impressive. Trust me, things are gonna turnover here, this could either be a blowout, it could be a close game, but this game is NOT going to be square, this game is either gonna be a blowout for either of the teams or it will be a game where one of the teams come back, im absolute certain. So im gonna be going on Detroit with the points + Detroit, but im not gonna be surprised if Cowboys blow them out (for Romos sake) but im not gonna be surprised if NFL wants Romo out, that is so great media spin, they can write so many stories on it. But this will be a crazy game with weird and odd and rigged things to happen, trust me on this. This aint going down square.
Btw, unless Patriots makes it to the super bowl then im absolute certain that it will be a NFC team that is going to win it all, i still think thats possible even if Patriots are in the bowl, but if they arent then im almost 100% sure it will be NFC to win the bowl, they are so much stronger.
