ha...it is hard to bet against him
yep . I'll be on the Raiders and a small play on big forehead.
I think it has to do with the public perception of Baltimore after their 3-0 start and then their next 3 games came down to the wire and easily could have been 6-0... Ravens have yet to be a dog anytime this year... With Baltimore at home I guess Vegas feels they will get enough action on both sides with the line where it is.

Not sure how this could be anyone's game of the year. Baltimore has the best home field advantage in the NFL. Last 8 1/2 years, 48-29 ATS with only one losing season. They've scored something like 5 1/2 more points at home then on the road. Between this and the fact that the Colts were dominated for 3 1/2 quarters last Monday, I consider it a no play.

Why is this line so low? That is a great question. Loved the Colts
at first glance, but it looks too easy.
the last three games the colts played were at home , 49ers , houston , and the pats , 49ers as bad as they are, gave the colts a game , the houston game they should have lost if the field goal is good at the end , and the pats, had them beat 31-14 in the 4th quarter , and would have lost to the pats , if not for a mental breakdown, by their coach , ,
i dont like what i seen from the colts the last 3 weeks , but then i dont like what i see from the Ravens either , its a good thing they were playing the Browns , monday night , dont like their offense at all , also think flaco was better last year , hes not doing the right things in the pocket , making very bad decesions ,
i want to pull the trigger and go against the Ravens , but leary of indy , have to think about it more

bailtimore use to have the colts, therefore the ravens are happy they left, or else they would still be the Browns, uhg.
I say the Ravens hate everyone who beats them fair and square and then they say the other team cheated.
Ravens...Nevermore...

quick thought, if you thought the ine was going to be Indy -10, and the line opened at +1 colts, why would you make that bet?
i mean, I like Indy, but If there is that big a disparity in my analysis, I would bet the game just because I am a degenerate. not make it a GOY. and never make a GOY on a road team. thems is the facts.

I'm starting to think this way as well. For me, the Eureka moment was Denver -3 last week at Washington. Seemed like a slam dunk. I think what we have to remember is that great teams have to lose at some point. Aside from the 1976 Dolphins and 2007 Patriots, no team has won all their games. And, let's see how the last 3 Indy games have gone:
Beat San Francisco by 4, lead taken in the last 15 minutes.
Beat Houston by 3, lead taken in the last 7 minutes.
Beat Patriots by 1, lead taken in the last minute.
How many times can a team come from behind? Doesn't a non-existent secondary count for something? Playing at Baltimore who has a deep threat offense. Even with Suggs out, do we not remember how Ray Lewis and Ed Reed can impact a game? What does a Peyton Manning 4th quarter comeback look against them? And why has such a juicy line not moved one half point yet?
These are all questions people really need to think about before betting this game. I'll be in Vegas this weekend and may make a small play on the Baltimore win. Or I may not play at all. But, there's no way I'm betting big on Indy. Peyton Manning is not a god. He's just a really good quarterback who loses sometimes.

Ok keep overthinking this one and think its a trap just like Atlanta -1 last week... however I didnt think that was a trap at all I even said myself Carolina has got themselves back on track and will beat Atlanta easily last week.
The chances of the Ravens all of a sudden stopping a QB and WR core like Peyton and the colts are slim to none id love to see it happen but I just know that it wont.

Why are you upset, he will be drunk every game, but damn at least it's not Jason David.
