just to note, you say the Eagles have done nothing offensively the last two weeks, is kinda true, they moved the ball well vs Minny but not great and Giants, they did just enough to win. The point you are missing is Giants and Minny are top 5 defenses and Zona is like 19th? The Eagles will move the ball on Zona, that you can count on, the question is will they stop Zona. I think Eagles get enough pressure to rattle Warner again into throwing a few picks, maybe not 3 like he did in previous meeting but 2 picks may be enough to win this game. McNabb wants this, I am not a huge McNabb fan, but he is a spiteful guy and he wants to show the country how wrong everyone is. He is coming to play, which is not something you always know with McNabb. He is even running the ball. Eagles will score 27+ points, you can count on it

Borrowing from another source that I cannot name here.
Warner against the blitz in 2008 (been blitzed 170 times)
116.0 rating
13 td's
2 int's
sacked 4 times
And I keep hearing that the Eagles will move the ball, I'm still waiting. If that happens and they win then hats off to them, they will need to if they want to go to Tampa.

Zona maybe the 19th best Defense, but if you go there then they just beat 2 Top 10 offenses in the NFL while holding them to below season averages by roughly 8 points (18.5 PPG D in postseason). Also, ATL and CAR were 11th and 12th in total defense on the year with similar 21 PPG D and Zona is AVGing 31.5 PPG O in the post-season! This game is at home, on a dry field with temperature control and ARZ has the better play makers, a proven SB Champion and the MO!

To add, Zonas' defense is giving up 3.5 YPR against 2 lethal rushing attacks, less 1st downs and the lesser long run. 3.5 is huge and leads to long 3rd downs which by the way Zona is completing more and at a higher % than PHILLY. Zona is averaging more 1st downs on offense also while PHILLY is committing more PENALTIES. TOP is not a question either with Zona a full 6 minutes longer with the ball in their hands which tells me why McNABB has been sacked more often than Warner.

PHILLY may lead in Receiving, but on further look it's because they have been forced to pass with that dismal running game. Best thing PHILLY can do is Run the ball to keep it out of Zonas' hands, but then we got that same dismal running game!

One last thought - if you want to run on the Eagles or the Ravens, just run straight ahead at them. For the life of me I couldn't understand why the Giants kept trying to run to the outside, they were gashing the Eagles up the gut.
I dont know bout running up the gut against the Ravens, it seemed that Chris Johnson did a better job when he got to the edges. But once you hit a couple on the edges im sure the middle opens up a bit. I hope Willie can get to the corner a couple times.

I should have phrased that "North/South", no dancing around in the backfield.

Totally agree double up. Panthers D has been horrible no comparison to eagles. I just don't get the Cards love as well, Everyone wants to say the Eagles O is no good, they looked good in the second half yesterday and see them carrying it into thr AZ game. Phill y by 17.

I know one thing you wont see fitz running around unnoticed this game thats for sure.the eagles secondary is way better than the panthers and they unlike the panthers will be able to get pressure on kurt and make him turn it over at least twice.and no im not a eagles fan im a dolphins fan but i state the obvious.watch out for a pennsylvania super bowl

The last time Ken Wisenhunt led an offense against PHILLY was in 2004 and PIT won 27-3.
Yes, PITT had a great D, but the WOW (Wisenhunts Offensive Weapons) are a lot more lethal. I would take James, Hightower, Fitz, Boldin, Warner over BEN as a rookie, Jerome filling in for an injured Deuce, Plaxico and Vernon Hayes anyday.
Watch out for the TE play from ARZ.

Well the good thing is that I was a little worried about taking the Eagles because I figured everybody and their dog would be on them. But reading through the forums today there seems to be a lot of love for the Cardinals...which makes me a little more confident.
I did put in small wagers on Philly -3 and Pitt -5 and will be adding during the week according to line movements. Pitt is at 6 already but I cant see it going higher than that.
GL on Pitt hope we cash that one

Me too, especially considering all the love I've heard from my buddies and seen/heard on TV/radio today. The fact that this love is out there and the line has gone to -3.5 is a major red flag that the books/big money bettors don't buy into any of this Cardinals fraudulent garbage and neither do I.

Just take the best bets...We all know what the best, most compfortable bets are. The better, more experienced team wins a higher % fo the time. Philly -3 is a gift, Pitt -5 a no brainer. You'll be begging if you go the other way. With the way last weekend went, anything is possible. I want to go into the game feeling the most confident, and Philly and Pitt are my choices. I'll be stunned if the Super Bowl is ARIZONA and BALTIMORE. 2 rookie head coaches, one rookie quarterback. Can't see it happening, tho it is possible
