I played on a SR. A hockey team here in Canada and we lost one of our defencemen he was 22 years old to a sky diving accident and our team went on like a 10 or 11 game losing streak we just lost heart. I know this is pro ball and a little different circumstance but still when you lose a team mate it sure takes the wind out of your sails. This incident happened way back in 1979 and quite often to this day i still remember the funeral and how sad it was to lose not only one of our better players but he was a great human being. Its so sad when anybody, i don't care what their past was like dies so young, just like all those brave soldiers fighting around the world in Iraq and Afganistan.
He was unable to have a gun in his house due to the fact that he was on parole for Gun charges....Ulimitely that lead to his death...not being able to defend his home. What a complete travesty......he was really turning his life around and was acting very mature.........Here is one of his quotes from summer.....

There's always a thread or two made when a sports figure or famous entertainer is in the news for either a positive or negative story. Just because you don't like that person or don't care for their personal situation doesn't give you the cause to tell other people how they should express there feelings about it.

Are you going to pay homage to the 1000s of other teens that get shot in America everyday? You going to post thread about my nephew that was shot and killed at 12 years old in Braddock?? That was my only question. But telling me to go fuck myself for saying that...good call.
I say RIP to Taylor, nothing more. I won't lose sleep about this just because he was a star. There are kids in the 1000s coming to this fate everyday.
Heartless? Yeah, I guess I am, because I gave my condolenses and I've moved on with it-- I'm not drowning in all this pity over one man that I don't know. I have more important things to worry about like my own family. I didn't know the guy, neither did you..get over it.
For a person that has been around here a while, you sir are a very immature person to blatently say something like "go fuck yourself" to a legit post. Don't dig to deep, I'm already moved on.
