Running game for the saints.  Steelers last in the league against the run in the last 5 weeks.  One guy will not turn that around.

Can I ask exactly what statistics you are looking at here?  The ones I use show Pittsburgh clearly better at rush defense compared to pass defense, all year and during the last few games.  They have been much more efficient against the run than the pass and clearly have been beaten all year by the pass.  That is not to say in this particular game it may not go the other way.  But so far, teams realize they can beat the Steelers through the air.

I always use adjusted stats.  A great site is footballoutsiders .  I often quote their stats because it is a great adjusted stats site that is widely available.

The stats I quoted above are for the last 5 weeks, adjusted DVOA. I wish I could cut and paste here, I will try below....

The bold is rushing defense stats - which are worst in NFL - actually by a long way.  Their pass defense is to the left of the bold-  25th in the league.

I look forward to your picks every week and they have helped me a bunch this season. Having a hard time this week locking in my survivor pick. Lots of options left (KC, SF, NYG, PHI) any opinions for me? Was leaning towards one of the first two.
