Guys like you who make quotes like these don't even know what it means to "read a defense". Most guys on the internet don't know dick about football.

I've never been a jersey wearing kind of guy but I bought my first nfl jersey, a Lamar Jackson jersey with my Lamar MVP winnings that year. He has my respect because he has been dogged on for his playing style and overlooked throughout his career. He's never had anything bad to say about anybody doesn't stir up drama just focuses on improving himself

In my opinion, he's the most electrifying athlete and elusive football player since Barry Sanders but for the QB position. I loved watching Barry Sanders growing up as a kid. I know he gets the Vick comparisons all the time but I think Lamar has evolved from that. He is his own dude, now he just gotta go out and own it and silence the critics.

When Lamar says he still feels like an underdog despite the press egging him on now with high praises and MVP chants from beating Niners and Dolphins and having the #1 seed it's because of all the things he had to endure throughout his playing career. He knows the press is merciless. the jobs not finished he has to win playoff games to further his career. Getting to the Super Bowl has always been his ultimate goal. 

I think most critics honestly are all gonna shutup and eat crow.
