Sept 4th Packers at Seahawks

I was just curious about what futures 5D had up and I saw they have this game already listed, with Seattle as 5.5 pt favs.

Betting before the preseason is done can be risky business but I really like Green Bay in this spot as Seattle will be still nice weather wise and I am not sure the Seahawks are able to cover a big number versus a vet QB and team like GB.

I might have to take a shot and sit on this bet for 3 months..

Several teams were able to keep with and beat Seattle last year, and barring some injury or issue with Green Bay, I like the points in this spot.

Oh and I also like San Diego catching 3.5 on the MNF game in Arizona..

Seattle is too physical for Packers...Seattle 24 Packers 7 in a snoozer.

I think this game has potential to be really good. But Seattle at home is a mindfreak...........

Wally.. I'd be careful in this spot.. Seattle has improved so much last year. Going against the Super bowl champs opening up at home ?  Not me, my friend.

And Green Bay must be focused on the 3 consecutive division games after the Jet game.  The Pack lost by 6 last year to lesser San Fran on opening day at SF.

GB ml and over 45. Also like Sd +3.5 and ML. Others for week 1- KC -6, Denver -6.5 and NYG/DET over 45.5

No way am I taking GB at sea on opener. Whether Rodgers cares about failmary or not we saw what seattle def did to Brees twice in that stadium.

Perhaps a letdown in this spot. Seattle thinking they're all that after Super Bowl blowout. That D will be frightening again this year.

GB will give them a heavy dose of Lacey plus I think Rodgers will play with a chip on his shoulder this year returning to MVP form.

Irvin underwent off season hip surgery how ever time table has been giving for his recovery. He is questionable for Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers.

I wouldn't count on SEA defense w/o him

Seattle is not the previous sb champs Baltimore. Sea did not lose key players.  Baltimore lost big time to denver in wk 1  2013.
sea in a blowout  37 - 9.

I expect the Packers to be around 11-5 this season.

With that being said, Seattle wins a laugher in this one.

from a situational perspective green bay is the right side... 1st half bet might be best wager... think linesmakers are selling the goods on san diego+3.5.. the sportsbooks are dictating what I already believe about the cards this season.  sharp money

5.5 favs are a danger zone in the NFL, meant to punish joe public who thinks he is getting a bargain cause all he needs is 2 fg's to win.....

As far as SD goes, that hook looks nice....but wont matter when AZ wins by 17.....

I think Wall is onto something and I've already circled that game as well.  The weather is sure to be a non-factor, and that only helps GB in my opinion (home teams seem to be feast on bad weather).  SEA won't have that advantage, and I expect Rogers to be razor shape .  Gut feeling, but I get the sense this Seahawk crew may have a "SB hangover" early in the season.  

I like the money-line here at around +200

Lacy goes off on opening night behind a bigger an improved offensive line; Seattle's vanilla offense isn't enough in this one.

 I wouldn't count on the same "vanilla" offense as LY. That said, giving GB 5.5 is a bit much.......too good of a team. But I wouldn't count on any SB hangover to carry them in this one. I expect the Seahawks to play with the same fervor they did LY.

 Man, it's gonna be a long two months.

Green Bay ML....GB 27 Sea21. As dumb as it sounds, the "Fail Mary" still bothers aaron n co...i expect the Green Bay packers to come out of the NFC this year, nevermind the Fail Mary, the Packers life long injury list from last year has been reduced finally, i expect them to dominate all season...Glta

Not for nothing but outside of 2  years the defending Champs playing on thurs night opener has been Money.

wait sorry 3 years the Giants lost to Cowboys

the year the scab refs were in they fixed the both games for NYG and the Patriots the superbowl Loser won and covered on the road and the spread was bet down 1 full point from 5 1/2 to 4 1/2 I watched the game and lost $220  seeing refs swallow 5 flags against Patriots for PI's forcing Titans to settle for 3 fg's instead of TD's

Packers have no shot to win at Seattle i'd lay up to 10 points in this matchup Seahwks defense is still there and tring to run down Wilson with only Matthews is not easy.

Dude can move quick to keep recivers moving to get open if not then he runs for 1st down and when you the Beast Lynch carrying the mail You are still solid.

You would need one stellar defense to stop Seahwks offense.

Packers offense is simple it's all Rodgers arm they are like The Patriots keep on scoring 35 points per game.

Only team to Beat Seahwks in thier house past tow years was Cardinls last year they wanted to erase that bad taste in mouth from 2012 year when Sehawks ran them into the ground 58-0
