I like the changes that Sporano is making on the offensive line. He's putting Barnes at LG and moving Watson to RT and sitting rookie Tackle, Jackson, who has an "injury." I won't pretend that these moves are going to be a bigger issue than they really are or else Sporano would have made the moves long ago. However, with this matchup, I think Watson is athletic enough to handle Houston. He will also have help with two TE sets and a full back, pro set, to help defend KCs talented front 7. The traditional two TE and pro set formations are the only way the Raiders will be able to move the ball tonight and I think they will with Murray running the ball. He's one of the few bright spots and now that the Raiders have thrown in the towel with McFadden, I think we will see some success with the Raiders offense tonight. It's been tough on Carr all year because teams haven't needed to respect the run and they've pinned their ears back on the Raiders young Qb. Murray's success tonight on the ground behind a revamped offensive line with open up a few big plays in the middle of the field. As good as the Chiefs have been with their pass rush, they've been vulnerable against opponents tight ends. The other bright spot for the Raiders is that Carr has rarely been sacked this season and I think the offensive line will be up to the task against the Chiefs strength. The X factor for tonight's cover is most definitely Latavious Murray. If he can have any success tonight running the ball, then I believe the Raiders cover without a doubt. Weather conditions should also help the Raiders tonight. 90% chance of showers, 45 degrees at kickoff.
