Eagles / Falcons PK  

I will be doing practice entries. Making 5 picks each week is not my strength. My goal is to be in the top half of the participants. I am skipping the Falcons eagles game, so I have until Saturday to make my selections.

I grabbed the Falcons in the real world at +3.5, and I will probably sell it back at close to a PK by gametime.

At +3.5 I like the Falcons, but I think -1.5 is probably a fair line.

It won't be on my SC card.

I am sure they are available to the public, but the Westgate site is so terrible that I have no idea how to link it.  I got the lines from my proxy.

These are my practice picks for the Westgate contest. Usually I have a difficult time getting close to 5 picks that I somewhat like overall. Sometimes it is 8 and sometimes it is 3 or 2. As a bonus selection, I think someone will win the Cards Redskins game

Titans (-1.5)

Panthers (-3)

Packers (-7.5)

Rams (-4)

I also had the Vikings on my initial card but dropped them to get to 5 selections. I think they will win but not cover, so the Vikings will probably win in a blowout.

Yes sir. I used my Capital One rewards miles to book the flight and had a free comped room from Caesars. Ended up staying at Harrahs for location purposes...that'll be the last time I stay there. Sheesh. I'm not picky at all but man, this along with Flamingo gotta be the worst couple properties on the strip by far in my opinion. Hell, I was only in the room for 2 hours but still. Not my kinda joint at the end of the day.

I was out there just for one night. Flew from Raleigh, NC early on 8/27 and flew back early on 8/28. Just a quick trip to get registered. Ended up playing poker at the Wynn most of the evening/night and won $200 as a little added bonus.

Still mulling over these lines...got 3 plays locked in. On the fence about a couple others!

Just submitted my picks. Maybe it's my first time in the Supercontest but Jesus Christ, I felt like/still feel like almost every game this week is a total crapshoot. I found myself being able to almost legitimately make a case for both sides in each game . Think I might have over thought it this week HARD. Hope it doesn't bite me in the ass! Oh well, it's gonna be a blast and if I'm lucky, I'll get off to a decent start.

Good luck this year VZ,  a great resource for all of us is for someone, like myself or another, to post past years winners picks such as El Chingon, or the other newest winners.  I like to cross reference their identical selections, tail, fade, whatever works.
