That is an impossible guarantee to make. In the modern era of the salary cap and considering the high number of contracts the Bears front office will be forced to deal with next year, it will be very difficult for both parties to come to terms on a long-term deal that meets Cutler's expectations. He is a good QB with true market value and with the QB deals that have been made over the past two seasons don't you think Cutler will want a fat deal. A better guarantee is that he will get his long-term deal for more money and more guaranteed money somewhere else. I don't see any guarantee's regarding his future with the Bears.
