So sat around thinking last night after both Flyers and Pens lost, and on Tuesday the Kings and Caps lost. All 4 were playing b2b. So I looked back and the if my numbers are right, there has been 39 b2b situations the first month of the season. Back to back teams that won was 16 and lost were 23. Also there has been several teams that has not played a single b2b but the Bolts and Flyers have already played 3 in the first month.
I'll post it later but I am already on the Jets tt over 3.5 -115. Hellebuyck vs Montembeault. Jets didn't have a great road trip in regards to scoring. They have played 3 home games to date and scored 4 in 2 of the 3. Different team at home. In the 2 meetings last year, the Jets scored 12 goals vs Habs. As mentioned in the lead in, Bowness was not happy with the offensive production and shot attempts. I think that will be a point of emphasis tonight. Habs have allowed 4 in the last 2 road games.
Second play: Pesky Sens tt over 2.5 -134. Sens back on home ice. They avg. 4.8 GF on home ice. They have scored 3 or more in 6 of their last 7 games. But you can also look at the Knights have only allowed 3 goals in just 3 games all year, but 2 of them were on the road. Give me the Pesky Sens to come out firing.
Per Goaliepost, confirmed: Igor, Montembeault, Hellebuyck, MAF and Ingram. I'll try to check the refs later in the day.

Almost forgot I was playing this one as well. Kings tt over 3.5 -115. I like the way the Kings are skating. Prior to the Dallas game, they had scored 4 or more in 4 straight games. Chicago is down to Soderblossom or something like that. They have allowed 4 in 3 of their last 4 games. Kings have scored 4 or more in 3 of the last 4 meetings.
Not good when I have 3 bets already at 8:00 a.m.

Lots of games tonight! No way I’m fading wild. I’ll bet on them every game. Dogs tonight are Ottawa/Carolina/
Montreal/Arizona/
Islanders/maybe Chicago.

Someone talk me in or out of the Isles tonight please. Best thing I can come up with not to take the Isles besides the Blues are due is the home team has won 5 of the last 6 meetings in this matchup. What else....

Last 4 games (3 have been at home), 5, 1, 4, 1 GA. Does the trend continue? Thinking the Wild is finally finding their offensive legs. Seattle is only allowing 27. 4 shots/gm.

Jones is probable for the Sea Monster.

On the fence on that game as well. Initial lean was strongly on Isles. They are on a heater right now having beaten 3 legit Cup contenders and then Hawks. And they are completely healthy. Sorokin playing very well last few games, and is likely to start.
STL has looked putrid last few games. Their GM gave them a "stern talking to" on Tuesday according to media. Pretty sure Berube gave them a stern talking to before the last couple games, and we saw what that did for them. Saad and Krug both Questionable as well.
I might consider some Reg Line at higher odds, but right now I don't see a reason not to play on them.

I wanted to play Carolina at plus odds as Hedman is out (right?) for TB and Carolina is actually 3rd on moneypuck.com 5 on 5 expected goals rankings (Devils #1). Moneypuck has Carolina power ranked #2! But now i see the odds as -110 for both teams. Not a huge deal but I liked the plus odds better.

Always a good day when we see LG chime in.

Thinking seriously about taking the Isles if we get Sorokin. Might lay off otherwise.
Sens are great at home this season but two things kept me from taking them on the ML: they are 1-7 against the Knights and the Knights are playing really well and currently have 2 solid netminders. I'll be pulling for them anyway as I parlayed the TT with the Isles TT. GL

Bumping Villardi to the top line has paid dividends.

Was happy to see it. The lined moved again I'm assuming because of Sorokin but I still got in on the Isles at -105. Wish it was still even money but I'll take it.
